Evelyn's POV
For a long moment, I just sat there on the edge of the bed, fingers curled around the blanket.
My heartbeat was loud — too loud — like it was trying to speak for me.
I didn't know where I was.
I didn't remember how I got here.
And yet… everything around me felt strangely familiar, like I'd lived a lifetime I couldn't recall.
I pulled myself up slowly and walked toward the mirror.
A SOLIX hoodie hung loosely on my frame, one I didn't remember owning.
My hair was tied in a way I never tied it.
There was glitter on my cheek — leftover from the concert.
I touched it gently.
"Is this real…?" I whispered.
A wave of excitement rushed through me, fast and warm.
Memories of my wish flashed like tiny sparks:
"Even if it's just for a day… let me be part of them."
I swallowed hard.
This wasn't just a day.
Everything around me showed months.
Pictures.
Belongings.
Awards with my name engraved.
Fan-made gifts addressed to "SOLIX's Evelyn."
My fingers traced the edge of one frame — a photo of all of us laughing backstage.
I looked so… happy.
A smile tugged at my lips before I could stop it.
Maybe… maybe this was the dream I asked for.
Maybe it came true in a way I never expected.
Footsteps outside made me jump.
The boys.
I hurried back to the bed and sat up straight, pretending to look normal.
I couldn't let them see the confusion swirling inside me.
They already sensed something was wrong — I could feel it in Minseok's eyes earlier.
I couldn't let them worry more.
The door opened gently.
Jinwoo peeked in first, the others behind him.
"Hey," he said softly. "Can we come in?"
I nodded quickly.
"Yeah… yeah, I'm fine."
Was I fine?
I didn't know.
But I smiled anyway.
They all stepped in, their expressions careful, like they were scared I'd break if they moved too quickly.
"How are you feeling?" Taejun asked.
"Better," I lied.
Seungjae came closer, eyes bright but worried.
"That's good. You scared us last night."
I blinked. "Really?"
Hyunsoo nodded. "You passed out right after the final bow. One second you were waving at the fans, the next—" he snapped his fingers, "—gone."
I looked down at my hands.
So it did happen.
The concert… the wish… the blackout.
Everything was real.
"Sorry," I said softly. "I didn't mean to worry anyone."
Jinwoo smiled gently. "It's okay. Just rest. We've got no schedules today."
No schedules?
My heart fluttered.
A whole day… in my dream.
I looked around the room again, at them, at the life I was suddenly living.
The confusion didn't go away — it sat quietly under my ribs — but another feeling slowly grew beside it.
Happiness.
Warm, overwhelming happiness.
Maybe I didn't know how long this would last.
Maybe tomorrow I'd wake up somewhere else.
But today?
Today I was with them.
And for now… that was enough.
