Shalini: (nervously biting her nails)
"This is... insane. How can this even be real? Dungeon Gates? Magic beasts? It sounds like something straight out of a movie!"
Vinod: (leaning forward excitedly)
"I know, right? It's like Solo Leveling coming to life! I've been waiting for something like this to happen!"
Shalini: (glares at him)
"Waiting? For what? For the world to turn upside down? No wonder your semester marks are so low. You're always daydreaming about this nonsense."
Vinod: (grinning, unfazed)
"Hey, don't diss the grind. If this is anything like Solo Leveling, those South Korean hunters must have insane ranks. You know, like E, D, C, A, and the ultimate S-rank!"
Shalini: (rolling her eyes)
"And what rank would you be? F-minus?"
Vinod: (ignores her, turning to Agilan)
"Think about it, da. These hunters are legit superheroes. They've got weapons, skills, powers—everything. Imagine being an S-rank hunter, fighting monsters and saving people. It's like a dream!"

"Are you serious? Let's go! I've been dying to see one of these up close."
Shalini: (crosses her arms)
"Have you both lost your minds? People could die there! You're not trained hunters. What are you even going to do?"
Agilan: (serious, avoiding eye contact)
"I have to see it. I don't know why, but I have to."
(Shalini looks at him, sensing something strange in his tone. Reluctantly, she nods.)

(The scene shifts to the construction site. Hundreds of people have gathered, trying to catch a glimpse of the Dungeon Gate. The barrier shimmers faintly, casting eerie light on the surroundings. Helicopter blades slice through the air as a team of South Korean hunters lands. The crowd cheers and parts to make way.)
Hunter 1: (holding a device resembling a handheld scanner)
"Mana levels are spiking. This is an A-Rank Dungeon Gate. It's highly dangerous."
Hunter 2: (nodding grimly)
"We're B-rank hunters. This could be risky, but we can't let it escalate."
Hunter 3: (looks at a photo of his wife and kids on his phone before pocketing it)
"Let's move. The longer it stays open, the worse it gets."
(As the hunters prepare to enter, Agilan notices a small boy wandering toward the shimmering barrier. Her mother screams from the crowd.)
A barricade is built around the danger zone — RESTRICTED AREA — but in the chaos, a small boy slips through, chasing his toy car.
His mother screams:
"BALA! Don't go there!!"
The child freezes.
Above him, a huge steel weight, used for lifting slabs, hangs dangerously from a snapped cable.
More cables snap
One by one—
> TING! TING! TING!
A police officer sees it.
Police Officer:
"NO— DON'T MOVE!!"
He sprints, grabs the child, shielding him with his body.
But…
The final cable snaps.
The massive weight plummets toward them.
Everyone watching gasps.
The police officer tries to push the child away but—
BOOM!
The weight hits his hands—
—and it stops.
Dead still.
The officer's eyes widen in disbelief.
Police Officer:
"W-What…? How… am I… lifting… this?"
His muscles bulge unnaturally.
A faint red aura swirls around his body.
The crowd screams.
Worker:
"He's holding THREE TONS! That's impossible!!"
Then—
A voice from behind.
Vinod:
"BROOO WHAT THE—"
He turns and sees Agilan.
Agilan's hand is slightly raised…
finger pointed subtly toward the officer…
and red fleshy threads shimmer faintly around his wrist, invisible to the crowd but visible to Vinod and Shalini.
Shalini:
"Agilan… You're controlling him?"
Agilan nods, calm.
Agilan:
"Flesh Puppeteer… Level 2.
I can give my strength… temporarily.
Just enough to save them."
The police officer feels the weight becoming lighter.
He pushes it to the side.
He grabs the child, runs out of the restricted zone.
The boy jumps into his mother's arms, crying.
Mother:
"Thank you! Thank you!!"
The police officer looks at his hands, trembling.
Officer:
"I… I lifted that…? How?"
The crowd murmurs, confused.
Worker 2:
"No normal man can do that…"
"Was it adrenaline?"
"That wasn't human strength!"
No one realizes Agilan did it.
Agilan lowers his hand, aura fading.
He looks up at the A-Rank Gate, pulsing violently.
Agilan (thinking):
"Main quest… Defeat the A-Rank Gate."
System Notification:
"Quest: Close 10 B-C Rank Dungeon Gates and 5 A-Rank Dungeon Gates to advance."
Agilan: (to Shalini and Vinod, with a serious tone)
"You both need to leave. Go back to my house. I'll handle this."
Shalini: (hesitant)
"Wh...What??"
(Agilan turns toward the ominous dungeon ahead, determination in his eyes as the screen fades to black.)
