Carabella was startled when she nearly collided with the two handsome men, almost falling. Luckily, her boyfriend caught her back with his right hand, preventing her from blinking. She was understandably embarrassed to have done such an embarrassing thing so early in the morning, especially in front of her ex-fiancé. She immediately straightened up and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. At first, she was worried that her ex-fiancé still held a grudge against her, but now he was laughing at her.
"Carabella, it's the first time I've seen you so enthusiastic that you almost hit Jefferson."
Her head hung low in shame. "I really almost bumped into him earlier."
Jefferson smiled brightly, gazing at his girlfriend's cheeks, which were flushed with embarrassment. "Why are you in such a hurry to come to me? Are you afraid we'll really fight?"
"So you guys are really fighting?" A heavy sigh escaped her lips. "I told you! Don't fight anymore just because of me! I'm so sick of it."
