"Am I going to die like this. ", Aron thought as blood poured out of his mouth.
"How is the human race going to survive this nightmare. ".
"Is this how people feel when there are about to die. ".
So many thoughts filled Aron's head as his vision slowly started fading away. He was afraid that if he passes out, he would never wake up again.
Two images appeared in his mind, Ejilah and Louisa. There were his only light in the void.
"Why do I have to die like this? ", Aron said in pain. "I want to spend more time with my loved ones. ".
"Strong words kid. ", a deep cold voice said from behind.
A man dressed on black robes carrying a sword in a beautifully crafted stealth, he was wearing a hood and his face was complete darkness, it was more like he was wearing a mask. He looked like the shadow itself.
"Who are you? ", the alien asked in it's language.
"Me---, people call me a lot of names. Some call me messiah, some call me the most intelligent being in the universe, some call me the master of all languages. ", the man said, this time in the aliens language. "The truth is that I am the only reason why, this universe hasn't been reset___ or let's say destroyed yet. ".
"You look human, but you speak like us. ", the alien said in a low and curious tone.
"Please run, he is very dangerous. ", Aron said even if he didn't understand what there were talking.
"Let me think, what is the easiest way to kill this thing. ", the masked man said, this time in English.
The alien started charging forward.
"I hope you will be worth my time. ", the alien shouted.
The masked man raised his sword without removing it from it's stealth, and with a single swing. An invisible sharp force appeared and detached the head of the alien off cleanly. It happened so fast that Aron hasn't able to even get a tale of what really happened.
Blood filled everywhere.
"Who is this monster? ", Aron thought.
"If you want to save this world. ", the masked man said firmly. "Then you have to get stronger. ".
The masked man vanished from Aron's view like shadows just like how he came.
"What just happened? ", Aron thought thinking about the strange masked man. "Who is he? ".
Afterwards Aron gave up and passed out, due to the pain he achieved from his previous battle. Aron wasn't like Ejilah who always pushes himself beyond his limits, his body couldn't endure that amount of pain without breaking down.
While the masked man in the other hand was seen walking on the road.
"Aron has grown up to be really strong, if he keeps on getting into life and death situations, his going to unlock the power of Qi. and Ejilah on the other hand__ I wonder how strong he is now that he has the system. ", the masked man thought with an smile that couldn't be seen outside. "My bet paid off at the end, it's time I leave earth to the next generation to save. Anyways I hate noisy places and if things gets out of hand, the military general will definitely reach out to me. ".
