86. Who is she..
The bell rang sharply — TRRRIINNGGG!!
In an instant, the entire corridor exploded into movement.
Students rushed out, grabbing notes, fixing hair, sprinting toward their next lecture as if the floor was lava.
Aiden and Chloe exchanged a look.
Chloe puffed her cheeks.
"Ugh, second lecture. Hurry!"
Aiden chuckled.
"You're the one who takes forever to pack your bag."
Chloe lightly hit his arm.
"I do NOT—! Okay maybe I do."
They joined the crowd, heading to the next class.

LECTURES… LECTURES… MORE LECTURES
One class ended, the next began.
Professor after professor, subject after subject, the hours rolled by.
But one thing kept following them the entire day:
The goddess rumors.
Everywhere they walked — cafeteria, library corridor, courtyard — the conversation was the same.
"The angelic girl…"
"She's too beautiful to be real…"
"Bro, when she smiled at me— I forgot how to breathe."
"I heard she talked to Ian. He's still alive."
Chloe pouted, frustrated.
"Who IS she?! Why does everyone sound hypnotized?"
Aiden rubbed the back of his neck.
"This is ridiculous. How can one person cause this much chaos?"
But no matter how much they looked around, asked questions, or checked halls…
They never spotted her. Not even once.
And that only made it worse.
Aiden clicked his tongue in irritation.
"Seriously… is she invisible?"
Chloe groaned dramatically.
"I feel like the entire campus saw her except us!"

MEANWHILE
Marcelline was already leaving.
She hugged her new friend Liz goodbye.
Liz practically sparkled.
"Marcy, text me! And tomorrow I'll show you the best bubble tea place, okay?"
Marcelline smiled, soft and graceful.
"Of course, Liz."
Then she walked toward the gate where Leo — handsome even in casual human form — leaned against the car, attracting jealous stares from every direction.
He opened the door for her smoothly.
Students whispered:
"IS THAT HER BROTHER?!"
"No way— he looks like a Greek god too!"
"The genetics in their house must be illegal."
Within seconds, the luxury car drove off, taking the angelic goddess far away…
Long before Aiden could even catch a glimpse of her.
---
AFTER COLLEGE HOURS --
Aiden stretched his arms.
"Finally done."
Chloe nodded.
"My brain is fried. And I'm still mad we didn't see her."
They headed toward the parking area, but before getting inside the car—
Aiden spotted Ian.
---
Aiden walked over.
"Ian. You okay? Heard something happened with some seniors."
Ian turned around dramatically, eyes sparkling like a possessed fanboy.
"Aiden… Aiden bro… I SAW HER."
Aiden blinked.
"Who?"
Ian gasped.
"The divine goddess! The angel! Beauty beyond human standards! I SWEAR SHE SMELLED LIKE HEAVEN—"
Aiden: "…"
Chloe: "…"
Ian grabbed Aiden's shoulders.
"Bro, when I talked to her? My soul left my body. Her voice—her aura—her glow—"
Chloe laughed awkwardly.
"You sound sick, Ian."
"I am sick! Sick in love!! I swear I'll marry her one day!!"
Aiden gently pushed him back.
"Okay, okay, calm down before you faint."
But Ian kept going.
"She said ONE word to me. ONE! And I'm healed! Blessed! Reborn!!"
Aiden rubbed his temples.
"Chloe… I think he's gone mad."
Chloe grinned.
"Mad in love."
Aiden sighed.
"Now I really need to know who she is."
After listening to Ian's over-the-top praise for another five minutes, they gave up.
Aiden finally patted his shoulder.
"Take care, man. And don't let those seniors bully you again."
Ian saluted dramatically.
"YES, SIR!"
Chloe giggled and waved.
"Bye Ian! See you tomorrow!"
---
The siblings got into their car.
Aiden started the engine.
"So… another crazy day."
Chloe leaned back in her seat with a dreamy sigh.
"And still no sign of that goddess girl…"
Aiden muttered under his breath.
"But I will find out who she is."
And with that, he drove them back toward the magnificent Brooks Mansion—
