Tsunade walked into the library and smiled as she saw Orochimaru using a Shadow Clone to read books. She then walked over to him.
"The fatigue from reading is far less than from training."
Orochimaru looked up, a faint smile on his cool face. "The human brain processes all the knowledge received throughout the day after falling asleep, so good rest is very necessary."
"Oh? Orochimaru, why are you reading medical books? Don't tell me you also want to become a Medical Ninja?"
Tsunade noticed that the book Orochimaru was reading was a medical book. No, all the books on the table were related to medicine.
"I'm interested in the Yin and Yang Chakra nature transformations. Medical Ninjutsu is a Yang Chakra nature transformation, and Genjutsu is a Yin Chakra nature transformation. By studying Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, I can understand Yin Release and Yang Release faster."

"For training Ninjutsu, wouldn't Sarutobi-sensei be more suitable? Sarutobi-sensei is a Ninja with full-attribute Chakra. No one in Konoha can surpass Sarutobi-sensei in the five nature transformations, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu."
Orochimaru looked at Tsunade's somewhat shy appearance, sighed, and said helplessly, "I can help you train, but I don't think I've reached the level to teach others how to train. How about you train with me?"

Tsunade grinned, put her arm around Orochimaru's shoulder, "I was just thinking if I should go find Sarutobi-sensei!"

Orochimaru suppressed the urge to roll her eyes, closed the book in her hand, "Then, let's meet at Training Ground Three at 1 PM. I need to go home and prepare."
"Okay!"
Tsunade left satisfied, looking forward to the afternoon training.
So, learning Ninjutsu is one of the most direct ways to grasp Chakra nature transformations. For a beginner like Tsunade, what's needed are easier-to-understand insights.
Orochimaru dispelled the Shadow Clone. The Shadow Clone's memories and the fatigue from reading returned to her body, and she gained some understanding of human anatomy and medical knowledge.

"Tsunade, I suggest you master one or two Ninjutsu for Fire Release, Lightning Release, Earth Release, and Water Release. You possess these attributes; it's too wasteful not to use them."

At the training ground, Tsunade clapped her hands on the ground, and lightning extended several meters outwards as if bouncing.
Tsunade's Shadow Clone, standing in front of the lake, formed hand seals.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!"
The Fire Release Chakra spat out from her mouth formed a fireball, and the water on the lake surface evaporated, with white steam rising.

"Phew… If I don't work hard, Orochimaru and Jiraiya will leave me far behind."
Tsunade panted slightly, faint lightning flashing in her hands. She immediately saw the book in Hiruzen Sarutobi's hand, which looked like it had just been sold in a bookstore yesterday.
