Unique Birth Skills
Every living being is born with a unique skill exclusive to them.
Skill System Rules
1. Fixed Skill Tier
Each skill has a fixed tier or rank.
The tier cannot be upgraded or ranked up over time; it remains the same for the character's entire life.
2. Awakened Skill Proficiency
When a skill is first awakened, its proficiency always starts at 1%.
Proficiency can be increased through practice, usage, and training, but the skill's tier remains unchanged.
3. Ultimate Skill Form
When a skill's proficiency reaches 100%, it achieves its ultimate form.
The ultimate form represents the peak mastery of that skill, unlocking its full potential within its tier.
Only a lucky few or one in a million are born with two unique skills.

Skill Visibility
Every person has a visible system interface showing:
1. Their skill(s)
2. Skill rank
3. Mana pool

Core Stone Slots
Each individual has 10 system slots.
Slots can be filled by crushing Core Stones, which grant additional skills.
Core Stones are mined and come in different ranks.
High-rank Core Stones are extremely rare, and rarity increases with rank.

Age of Awakening
People discover their birth skill at age 10.
Awakening occurs when they first touch or break a Core Stone.

Otherworldly Heroes
When summoned from the Earth, they receive 3 unique skills instead of 1.
These skills are always high-tier, with at least one S-rank and minimum A-rank.
Makes them exceptionally powerful compared to ordinary people.

Core Stone Types
Natural Mined Stones (E → B/A):
Common to rare.
Increase skill power based on rank.
Fossil / Legendary Stones (A → SS):
Contain skills of powerful creatures turned into fossils.
Formed over centuries from dead creatures' mana, not naturally formed.
