Reigh was walking towards the new university.
A sudden horn wake him up and he saw a girl is going to be crash with a car. Reigh bind the time and rescue the girl. The girl and the driver were surprised as the girl that stood in front of car have been moved to the roadside. Reigh vanished in front of them. However there is a person who notice his action from far. He looks like someone that have a different background compared to a normal person as he is wearing a skull shaped ring.
"Hey, are you the transferred student ? " Reigh look at the person and asnwered yes." ohh ,that's great. I heard you are in the same class with me. Let me introduce myself , I'm Obrecht, The class representative. If you have anything you don't know you can ask me. I'll assist you." "Thank you." Let me bring you to walk around as our morning class was cancelled due to our teacher in hospital three days ago." "oh, then why you come so early?" "because I heard that there is a new transferred student come to my class, so I think I will wait at here to fetch you, ahahaha"Obrecht said it while scratching his head. Obrecht brought Reigh to walk around the university and help him to familiar the enviroment.
They go to look for the room Reigh gonna stay.
"oh , such a coincidence. You room is only one room far from me". Obrecht smiled happily. " It would be easy for you to look for me."Obrecht state to follow Reigh go back to his room to make a introduce.When Reigh and Obrecht went to the room and found out there was no one there. So , Obrecht went back to his room while Reigh stay in his room. Reigh know that if Obrecth know he have the unique skill, he will stay away from him.
Reigh make a short introduction about himself when he enter the class, he was assigned to sit beside a big guy. He felt tension when he near that person although the person was sleeping, ( later he found out that the person was a top student in the school but has a worst attitude in the class.) Reigh heard it and felt weird so he decided to follow that big guy. He found out that the big guy is a ruffian in the next area.
He saw the big guy did some deal with another person. So he bind the time and want to take a close look. But that big guy was not restrained from the time binding. That big guy knew that there was someone that use the ob's skill. He shouted and call Reigh to come out. Reigh know that this person arent the type of person who he can escaped from. So he came out and asked that big guy strength.
That big guy said with a cocky tone. "Hey , you. Don't you know what is a manner. Don't you suppose to tell your name before you talk to someone. Now only Reigh recall that the big guy was sleeping when he was doing the introduction in the class. "I'm Reigh your new classmate. Isat beside of you during the class." "So you are the transferred student who came in today. "Do you have anything to tell me ,if no please get lost or else I'm scare I might hurt you". ( say it with sarcasm).Well I just wanna make sure how you can use the power without any effort. "Without any effort? Who do you think you are? "The big guy grab Reigh collar .I've told you just now, I'm …. " I'm not asking you the fucking name. I ask who do you think you are to act like you know everything. " The big guy throw him to the steel area. Boom!!!. "I don't give a damn care whether you are a card holder or what. I hate it when someone like you act like you know everything while making such an innocent glare. "I'm sorry . I don't mean anything , I just want to make sure whether you are my ally or enemy.
