"What is she doing, Hexael?" Pentael asks me as we watch Setsuna slaughter monsters in the distance. I glance at her with a faint smirk, observing the scene as well.
"She's trying to rapidly increase her power, and she's succeeding. Setsuna decided to use her time hunting monsters and committing a few evils in exchange for more power to protect her precious little girlfriend," I say mockingly.
"And why are you here wasting your time watching this? I doubt there's anything interesting about watching that girl kill these weak monsters," Pentael asks, sitting down beside me while observing Setsuna from over forty buildings away.
"I'm gathering evidence. You can call it that if you want." Setsuna and I have a contract where I help her protect Ayane, and in return, if she does anything against Ayane's decisions, it's proof that she has lost, and she will owe me a favor.
