Roxanna gently touched Calen's shoulder from behind. "How about… you let me talk to him now?" she suggested softly.
Before this, Calen didn't even want her to go near the Fenrir. But now, after seeing that the giant wolf hadn't attacked or made any dangerous moves, he slowly nodded. This time, he didn't grab her hand to stop her.
Roxanna stepped forward. "Mr. Fenrir… what makes you dislike Azul?" she asked, lifting her head to look at the towering beast. "I know you tied him up because Calen didn't want him here. But now Calen says he doesn't mind, so why won't you let him go?"
Mr. Fenrir only growled for a moment, making Roxanna think that maybe she was wasting her time. But suddenly, Mr. Fenrir moved its paw against the ground, leaving three paw prints.
The wolf lowered its head and pointed at the one in the middle with its snout. Then it lifted its head and pointed at Roxanna.
"So… this one is me?" Roxanna asked, pointing at herself.
