Chapter 16 - C3.10: Then There Were Seven...

As the elevator rose to the surface, Tyitanus took in the orange and pink colored sunset befalling Xephos Prima. Once he'd taken a moment to take in the fresh air, hear nature again, and remembered his time as the Elite Guardian of the Prodaerian Empire, the seven of them walked back to their ships, with Tyitanus riding with the Spirit of Freedom's crew. As Tyitanus and Prescott marched aboard the Spirit of Freedom, the crew couldn't help gawk at the ten-foot, hyper-muscular combination of alien flesh and metal. Tyitanus, along with his new human counter, Prescott, was the perfect warrior... a psychotic being of pure violence. With orders to head back to Xephos II, the Spirit of Freedom left Xephos Prima.

Upon their arrival, Tyitanus submitted to a series of test. Blood work came first. Dr. Brawn recorded the samples for synthesis later. Then came the test of strength and combat abilities. For this test, Prescott stepped into arena with Tyitanus. At the sound of the buzzer, Tyitanus rushed Prescott, only for the both of them to grapple each other. They were now locked into a test of might, who could hold out the longest. Though Prescott was unarmored and much smaller in stature... it was Tyitanus who found him unable to break Prescott's grapple. Their hands interlocked, utilizing the extent of their might... at the peak of their physical and mental limits. A other soldiers and civilians gathered around, captived by the fight before them, Prescott pushed himself well past his limits, futher than he had done only one time before...

Flashback: Earth- 100 Days Post Prescott's disappearence

Admiral Grisson sat at his desk, looking over an old report he'd has his secretary dig up. As his eyes scanned the top of the document, it read; Incident Report 326-1. Subject: P. Philip - Summary of Incident: During experimentation, Rear Admiral Greyson went too far. Prescott was hooked up to the electrical torture experimental device. Rear Admiral Greyson become unruly and violently upset with A. Athens (Arscott). When Prescott was made to watch the Admiral strike Arscott several dozen times. Watching this, Prescott's bodily and mental monitors went beyond normal human capabilities, becoming immune to all forms of electricity. He then ripped himself free of the experimental device, then crashed through the observation window. His eyes locked onto the Admiral as if Prescott a predator that had found its prey. The Admiral, boot-heel planted on Arscott's head, attempted downplay the threat Prescott actually posed to him. The rest of the incident unfolded in a fury for Prescott's psychosis finally manifested in the form of an onslaught of bone-disintegrating punches. The only words he broke the silence with are as follows: "A pathetic... useless... parasite like you counldn't fathom the depth of true loyalty within my heart. It is just like my grandfather sowed into the fabric of my soul..."

"Value loyalty above ALL else... and you chose to hit a woman within my presence." Prescott proceed to repeatedly slam the Admiral's skull off of the steel walls of the facility at full might. None of the monitors could find the full climb of Prescott's mental and physical reading, only able to snag the final reading just as he ripped the Admiral's spinal cord from the high ranking officer's body as if simply pulling a small splinter from his thumb. This sent scientists and doctors fleeing in a utter-terrified panic as he turned his gaze to the myself, Head Researcher Collins, covered in the Rear Admiral's blood, eye's looked in a psychotic-fixated, wide-open glare."

Admiral Grisson sighed before reading the final note from Head Research Collins. "NOTE: Subject Prescott Philip has NO BIONIC AUGMENTS, NO GENETIC MODIFICATIONS, AND IS CONSIDER THREAT-LEVEL OMNI-APEX." As his secretary returned, she asked him about the report. He said nothing for a moment, then turned to face her saying, "We didn't send them into space because they were the best of humanity... we sent into space because they are the embodiments of psychotic-loyalty, obsessive-love, emotionless-apathy, and so on... we sent them up there to ensure none of us would face a fate like Greyson..."

Present Day: Xephos II....

Prescott's eyes widened, his hand used the full extent of his grip strength to crush Tyitanus' hands. Prescott's ears rang as his mind began to play the song, "INSIDE ME - Slowed" by ICHIRO. Tyitanus tried to fight back but found himself on the receiving end of psychotic-loyalty's might. Heavy punch after heavy punch landed into the alien's sternum. Prescott's body felt as if lightning coursed through every fiber in his body as the mental-music deafened him to everyone around him. Michigan and the other leader watched in horror as none of their soldiers could stop him. Only when Arscott hugged him did the attacks stop. Then, the two of them walked away, Prescott's hand dripping the cobalt-blue blood of Tyitanus. Tyitanus passed the test, as he was still conscious and alive, now more curious than ever in his as to what drove Prescott's might to levels surpassing anyone who dared step to him.
