Chapter 9 - Levis will be mine only!

When Robert noticed Levis's gaze fixed on his chest, he stood up, pulled his shirt completely open, and pressed Levis's palm directly against the bare, warm skin, right over the Tiger Mark.

Robert's chest was broad, muscular, and overwhelmingly attractive. The moment Levis's hand made contact, he felt the fierce, rapid thump-thump of Robert's heart. It was raw, primal, and it instantly weakened Levis's knees. His eyes went wide, his hand trembled, and he immediately snatched his palm back.

In his panic, Levis blindly reached for a glass of water on the table, knocking it over and spilling the cold liquid all down the front of his shirt.

"Hey, it's alright," Robert said, reaching for a tissue to help.

Before Robert could touch him again, Levis instinctively recoiled. "A-ah... where is the washroom?" Levis stammered.

"Use mine," Robert said, gesturing toward the private washroom in his cabin.

Levis rushed inside and immediately leaned against the cool tile, trying desperately to control his breathing. His heart was still racing violently. He held his own chest. What was that feeling? I have never, ever reacted that way!

He knew he couldn't stay another minute. His mind was dangerously distracted. Levis hurried back into the cabin.

"Ah, Mr. Robert..." Levis struggled to regain his professional voice, ignoring his soaked shirt. "If you can just send me all the information via email. Take this card; it has all my online details. Good-bye!"

Without a second glance, Levis ran out of the cabin, leaving the CEO staring after him.

Outside the cabin, Levis, soaking wet and utterly flustered, nearly collided with Steven.

"Ah, Levis Heart! Are you alright? Your shirt is soaked! Come, use the washroom!" Steven offered, stepping forward.

"No, no, it's fine! I have to go! I need a taxi. I'm already late!" Levis's voice was tight with urgency.

"Don't say no," Steven insisted, reading the panicked desperation in Levis's eyes. "My boss will punish me if you leave looking like this. Please wait a moment."

Steven went inside and quickly returned with a uniformed driver. the driver gave Levis a deep, respectful salute. "Take Mr. Levis Heart to his shop," Steven instructed, "Please drive safely."

Inside the Stuar cabin, Robert was buttoning up his silk shirt. Steven entered.

"Sorry, Sir, I didn't realize you were—" Steven began.

"It's fine, nothing happened," Robert dismissed him.

Steven noted the wet spill on the desk and called someone to clean it up. Meanwhile, Robert walked to the huge balcony overlooking the city and watched the car carrying Levis drive away.

My mother was right, Robert thought, a satisfied smirk forming. His eyes went straight to the tattoo. From tomorrow onwards, I will wear this same outfit every time he is here.

"Sir, I have something for you," Steven said, handing Robert his tablet.

Robert took the device. The screen showed a clear, close-up photograph: Bright Aro and Levis Heart embracing tightly in front of the Stuar office entrance.

Robert's eyes went wide, the satisfaction draining instantly, replaced by cold fury. "When did this happen? Before he came in?"

"Yes, Sir. As I said, they seem very close," Steven confirmed, feigning innocence.

Robert crushed the tablet in his hand, the casing cracking. His voice was a dangerous whisper.

"Steven, I don't care what happens in his life now. I don't care about their history. Find me every piece of information about that man. I want his entire life story. But understand this: Levis Heart belongs to me, and he will be mine only."

Infront of the shop Levis, too exhausted to argue.

"How much for the ride?" Levis asked the driver upon arrival at the "Heart of Sweets" shop.

The driver laughed politely. "Sir, if you want this car, the Prince will give it to you. Please don't joke." The driver stepped out and bowed. "You are clearly a very important person to the Prince. This is his own favorite personal car—he drives it himself! This is the first time he has let me drive it. Thank you for giving me this honor, sir!"

Levis was left shocked and confused as the driver drove away.

Levis turned from the door. Stofia was standing there, her face a mask of frantic inquiry.

"Oh my God! Did Robert propose again? Did you accept it?" Stofia demanded.

"Stofia, really! Stop asking questions at the wrong time," Nora said, rushing over.

"Levis, how was the meeting?" Nora asked, more gently. "Did he try to hurt you?"

"Ah... ah, it's okay," Levis stammered, his mind still reeling from the washroom. "I'm already here. I'm just tired."

Just then, Bright's car sped up to the shop. He jumped out and ran straight to Levis, hugging him fiercely.

"Are you fine?! I was so worried! Why didn't you call me? I would have picked you up!" Bright exclaimed, holding Levis at arm's length.

"I'm here now," Levis mumbled, trying to pull away.

"Levis, go take a shower. Bright, come inside, let's all have lunch together," Nora suggested.

"Yes, Aunt. Just let me park the car," Bright agreed, heading back.

As Bright drove his sedan away, he couldn't shake the image of the car Levis had arrived in where he sees while driving before entering the shop. Levis came out of a Stuar luxury car. Why did Robert give him such special treatment? I know that man is dangerous and cruel. Could he possibly be serious about Levis? Bright's face hardened. *No way. Levis is my fiancé. No matter what, Levis will be mine only. *
