Now that I greeted my first two allies and hugged Anna a few more times for good measure, I now need to manage the rest of my time with the utmost efficiency. I need to be grateful for this second chance I've earned at life by using all the time I have to prepare for the future.

I see… this first ability … it's wayyy to detailed.
The main summary of the report is that my estate is much too small, both population and territory wise to be recognised as even a village let alone a country. Hence why most of the features are locked and unable to be accessed by me.
The system issued out a lot of tasks for me to aid in building up my settlement, all of them lead to the same goal of 'Making the Choppafeller estate self sufficient'.
Being self sufficient means growing our own food, getting our own source of water, somehow get a growing population here, fostering the development of our own and independent economy which further entails minting our own currency, setting up state banks, writing the set of amendments and laws, creating a juridical system, developing energy grids, water and sewage infrastructure and-.
All that is to say, is that there is way too much to do as King.
Here I thought I was just gonna be doing tower defence.
I'll have to discuss with Anna how to move towards self sufficiency later, in the meanwhile we can still rely on the external government as the system has given me a grace period of 90 days before I'll be penalised for not owning a self sufficient state.

The party system was detailed as well… extreme detailed. It gave me much information about all my allies' conditions. It also modeled their expected growths against the estimated difficulty of the coming waves of round 3. It gave us the probabilities of surviving upcoming rounds and a lot of other really informational metrics.
Over all, this was incredibly useful!
I believe if I didn't miraculously clear the 9th wave I would be forced to choose only one of these abilities. Regardless I just have a single complaint about both of my Ether abilities.
None of my abilities do anything to increase my individual power!
I made Anna soulbound to me because… well because I wanted to be even closer to her but also because I believed that with my Ether abilities if I would become extremely strong and since Anna could have 90% of my strength, she too would be extremely strong.
But the way it is going now, if I don't get stronger then- then Anna too will remain because of me!

Same day, Night.
Today was full-packed! After I finished getting acquainted with my new abilities, I instantly got to work developing my property.
We have a 4 day break to prepare for round 3, as such the first thing I began working on was the new killbox. My new plan for the killbox was way out of my league to oversee so I hired a a team of engineers and a squad of labourers. They will arrive by tommorow morning.
I held back on the explosives this time, instead I opted to hire some super powered mercenaries to help. Anna assigned some maids to provide a thorough background check on each mercenary, just because I'm a powerless regular human doesn't mean that I'll allow for any random superpowered hooligan to come and incite a mutiny.
The first group of mercenaries should hopefully arrive before the third wave.
During the night I discussed our means to get self sufficient with Anna over some tea. It was a great chat and we made some very interesting ideas and plans and some possible challenges we might face if we want to become a self-sufficient nation.
Anna raised an unexpected challenge that we might face. You see I am American, my estate is in the state of Wyoming. And America… really, really really does not tolerate the idea of its territory becoming independent.
Like an ex with serious attachment issues it will first try to cut the idea of independence from the root and if we still insisted on being independent it will try with all its might, military and economic to get us back.
Currently we do not have the military might to stand up to gain independence, currently my private militia contains only 3 soldiers and the only one who has superpowers is a 12 years old!
The state of Wyoming is also landlocked dead in center of the states so expecting any foreign aid is out of the question.
With the following reasons stated among many many more, I can conclusively say, becoming an independent nation, that which the system desires of me and my estate, will be really really really really really really hard.
But as with all things, this… is a problem for the future me to handle.
