The female kitchen staff quickly nodded and rushed to the kitchen to prepare sliced apples for their boss's wife. April sighed deeply while massaging her temples as she began feeling a slight strike of headache.
Swiftly, the kitchen staff came back with a small bowl of sliced apples and water. She saw the way April closed her eyes while massaging the side of her head and quickly asked "Ma'am? Is everything okay? Do you want me to call the doctor for you? You look pale and tired."
The kitchen staff quickly grabbed her service phone to dial a number when April sighed and called for her to stop "it's okay, it's not that serious enough to call the doctor. It's just a slight headache, nothing more"
she quickly explained and picked a piece of sliced apple in her mouth but she soon feel a slight ache on one side of her mouth causing her to moan in pain slightly while holding her cheek.
