That person was a demon king named Hazellios Exaras Devillan

The call had brought Alvin back to reality.

Kazien wiped his tears then looked at Alvin's cute face. His gaze was filled with worry for the high elf.
"I'm the one asking you. Why are you crying alone here? What are you thinking about?"
"I'm just remembering my hometown being attacked by the demon king's army and the dragons."
Kazien was surprised to hear the answer.
