Lucian Storm stood at the entrance, posture straight, expression composed. Behind him stood Stephen, the black-robed six-star expert whose soul was once again being subtly suppressed upon stepping inside the store.
Stephen's brows furrowed faintly.
"What is this suppression again?" he wondered silently. "A powerful enchantment? Some ancient formation?"
He quickly dismissed the idea of a Semi-Divine artifact.
Even House Storm possessed only one such treasure.
A small alley store owning one was implausible.
Lucian wasted no time.
"I am here to challenge your servant again," he stated calmly. "Yesterday, I underestimated him. Today, I will not. If he wins, you receive one hundred gold coins. If I win, you owe nothing."

Kiara leaned back slightly.
She had indeed felt annoyed upon seeing Lucian so early in the morning. She had assumed this was another pride-driven confrontation.
