Shinso walked into the support course room that Izuku told him to meet at only to see them holding ray guns and pointing it at a cube of some weird metal. After a moment the stopped and the cube stared glowing a vibrant green. The other two were quiet for a second then they both started yelling in joy, they hugged and jumped around then kicked into a kiss. Shinso blushed and coughed. There faces when they turned around were kinda funny though.
"What the hell do you two create? Is it a bomb?"
Shinso asked as they stopped blushing and Mei ran off to work on her project which now had thirty humanoid figures of varying heights covered in tarps.
"We made an arc reactor."
Izuku replied as the moved out of the way so they could spar a bit. Shinso had been training for years and was very good at hand to hand and a capture weapon now but that didn't do anything against robots.
"What like from iron man?"
Izuku shrugged and took off his school shirt revealing chiseled shoulders and a tank top.
"Basically but we used my quirk to jump start it."
Izuku had found this out when he tried channeling the lighting into an attack which was very lethal but also nearly doubled his energy output while not putting strain on his body.
"So what are you going to use it for?"
Shinso asked as he threw a flurry of punches that Izuku blocked easily.
"The machine me and Mei are working on. I declared an all out war on the Hero team and I am going to deliver."
A devilish look spread over Izuku's face as he spoke but he was getting the upper hand in the spar so Shinso improvised.
"So, you and Mei a thing now?"
Shinso tesnsed waiting for the second of hesitation or pause to register what he said but it never came.
"Yep,"
he simply said and sent a spinning back kick into his face.
Three days till start of the exam
Nezu was enjoying some tea while studying a small cube no bigger then his paw glowing a vibrant green. A arc reactor based on a movie from hundreds of years ago that truly worked. The one he held in his hand was simply a copy but even this watered down version should power all of UA for hundreds of years to come. A notification notified him that someone was approaching his office. Turning in glee he was hoping to speak to the boy he had spotted on the cameras. Opening the door as he was just about to knock, Nezu let Izuku Midoriya into his office.
"Hello principle, I see you revived my bribe."
Nezu was confused but pushed it into the back of his mind. This boy used to be timid and shy, then he would go and act like he did in the USJ, the villains deserved it but that image of this boy standing on top of the Nomu hands covered in blood cuts across his face made him look like a war god of old.
"What do you mean bribe?"
Nezu asked and found himself slightly nervous. This arc reactor was a bribe that could not be refused. The HPSC would easily tare down UA just to get this energy source.
"I need a bunker under the center of the fake city, and I need access to it so that I can bring some things into it."
Izuku replied coolly, Nezu tried to read the boy but all he found was the deep green eyes that glowed dully in power.
"Very well I will give you the keys to both the city and the bunker, oh and if you ever wish to bribe someone again I can easily be swayed if all your bribes are as lucrative as this."
Nezu was giddy in anticipation for the exam.
