An entire week passed by in a blur of peace.

Every morning, Yue Yue woke up and joined the other females in the farm house or the communal kitchen.
She spent her afternoons laughing with the children in the square, watching them play in the warm sand. It was ordinary and calm, just like her life had been before the intruder arrived.
If it weren't for the fact that Xing Luoguang was often busy and away during the day, she would have believed the boy with the purple hair was just a bad dream that had faded with the sunrise.
Xing Luoguang came to her room every evening without fail. They would sit together and talk about their day, or simply stay silent, enjoying the comfort of each other's company.
"The boy can no longer threaten us," Xing Luoguang had reassured her many times.
"The city is safe. Our sensors show no unknown ships near the planet. There is no danger, Yue Yue."
