A 10 Months into the training
Life on this island is simple you suppose to wake up at 0400 hrs exactly not because they make you but because you have to,
You have to complete all mandatory stretching exercises (includes a 15 km sprint) and would have taken a bath before 0500 hrs because at exactly that time we should be already be in class, where we would learn all the theocratics we would need to fully control our graces, mana, and for reasons beyond me understanding of the military command structure, under Captain Roger's.
At 0900 hrs we would all assemble in the gym where Sergeant Barnes would find new ways of breaking our bodies under the guise of strengthening us.
And we would count down the hours to the end of our own personal hell.
(PS the numbers have all washed out, turns out that this was never meant for spoiled rich kids.So they were pawned of to a different squad with lighter expectations for them.)
At 1300 hrs we would be given a 2 hr break to soath our tired bodies, only to pick up again from 1500 hrs to 1800 hrs learning both unarmed and armed combat, with our prefered weapons sometimes and with a random weapon (because even though we have prefered weapons we must never forget that we are soldiers and we fight with what we got).
After that we were free to wander the base till 2100 hrs which was lights out.
This happened 6 days a week getting Sundays off.
*Flashback to First Lesson *
On the day of our first lesson we the members of room 619 made sure to arrive 10 minutes early, though it did mean having to run here so we were a bit out of breath.
Lo and behold Captain Rogers beat us here
Looking at his pocket watch he couldn't help comment with a laugh,
"8 minutes early that good hahaha, hope you will keep this up for the rest of your stay here"
Whispering to himself he added
"But I don't think you'll be early tomorrow after Bucky hands you your morning exercise requirements list" 'we were a minute early the following day'
The numbers were 30 minutes late.
"You lads l hope this is the last time," he asked with a threatening tone,
When he saw he was being ignored, he released some sort of ayra that filled the entire room with a spiritual type of weight so much so that we were forced to look forward
The numbers seeing the look they were being given, began quickly nodding their heads. 'They were late 15 more times in the two months they were here.'
"since everyone is here we will now begin the lesson
I'm sure everyone here knows what a Grace is what I'll will be teaching you is what a Grace does,
First it gives one access to Mana, the grace would work as the bridge between the mana in the air and the soul incases of Naturals and the body incases of the Artificials,
The uses of mana are many and varied, Strengthening oneself, ones senses, their weapons, amors, and Mechas, among other things.
The body can't hold mana for long periods of time but the soul can do it indefinitely
So Artificials can only draw in mana store it temporarily and then the left over mana will be released after they are done, they usually do this before and after a fight, because you can't just take in mana and use it, you would need to refine it first
Naturals can hold mana in their souls indefinitely and the capacity is determined by the strength of one's soul, and that is determined at birth,
That is why Naturals are able to fight in Mana-zero-Zones.
Graces are not bestowed equally, they are split into groups F-A and the group you get determines which rank is your limit
Then they are Ranks these determine how in tune one is with their grace,
To qualify for -
Rank F :-
One needs to be able to activate their Grace so as to absorb mana
Rank E :-
You need to be able to slightly manipulate already existing natural forms of your Grace not under someones control,
(if two people fight for control the one with the best mana control wins)
Rank D :-
Fully control already existing phenomena and be able to conjure small amount of your Graces begining stages.
(The larger the target phenomena or the further it is the more mana and mana control it requires).

Fully able to conjure and manipulate graces begining stage
Rank B:-
Able to conjure and manipulate all stages of one's grace
Rank A :-
Abel to push your Graces to the next level
Fire to Plasma
Water to ice
Earth to Gravity
Wind to Sound
Next levels vary according to how one sees their grace such as Wind might turn into Lightning. Water to fog
