The transparent crystalline spikes grew more slender and reached higher into the sky, eventually tall enough to snag Charizard even at its maximum altitude.
Under the relentless barrage, Charizard was clipped by a jagged edge and spiraled down toward a crystal outcrop.
Without giving Charizard a chance to recover, Entei arrived in front of it and unleashed a Flamethrower from point-blank range! The surrounding crystals shattered in an instant, and Charizard was knocked flat onto the ground.
Entei followed closely, pinning the fire-breathing dragon down with its massive paws...
