"You're strong," Haku said, eyes locked on Sasuke. He knocked away incoming shuriken and kicked back a kunai wrapped in explosive tags. "To exploit my chakra weakness like that… you really are."
"But I have my own reason to fight. So if you die, don't hate me!"
His voice sharpened like a blade.
"Hmph. You're just as arrogant as Naruto."
They clashed in taijutsu amid nonstop explosions. Sasuke's aggressive close-range pressure kept Haku from using his true kill-move.
Naruto, watching while casually smashing a goon's kneecap, frowned hard.
Crap. Sasuke's getting too good.
In canon, Sasuke awakened the Sharingan under Haku's life-and-death pressure.
But now? After weeks of brutal training, plus Sasuke grinding like crazy to surpass Naruto… Haku couldn't quite keep up.
That was bad.
A third transmigrator already existed. Who knew if a fourth or fifth would show up later? If some psycho Sasuke stan used future knowledge to kidnap him—

Lee would've applauded.
Not even a second later, a rain of explosive-tag kunai flew at Sasuke. He rolled away hard, shielding his vitals.
BOOOOM!! BOOOOM!!
The blasts shredded him with shrapnel and heat. He was bleeding—but two seconds later he was back on Haku again. Haku had taken minor burns too.
Naruto's voice came from afar: "Forgive me, Sasuke! The Nine-Tails hijacked my mind just now and I almost got murderous. You okay?!"
Sasuke glared so hard it hurt. He said nothing.
One second later, a sinister red chakra hand slammed down at Sasuke. His scalp tingled. He backflipped repeatedly, barely escaping. Haku widened his eyes at the opening and started sealing fast.
Sasuke whipped his head toward Naruto.
Naruto sighed. "Sasuke, what the hell are you doing…" He felt like he was trying so hard to trigger Sasuke's awakening.
"Naruto!" Sasuke finally exploded. You're not even pretending anymore?!
Who the hell steals their teammate's butt mid-fight?!
But before he could settle scores, crystal-clear mirrors rose around him.
"Secret Art: Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals!"
Haku's killing intent flooded the air.
Naruto felt deeply satisfied—and also deeply offended.
What a lame name.
Kishimoto really didn't understand his own series.
Anyway. Let Sasuke suffer a bit, awaken properly, and then Naruto would full-send the Nine-Tails to end it.
Maybe Sasuke would see Naruto slaughtering everything and get so tilted his Sharingan would evolve further.
"Uh… aren't those ice mirrors kinda thin?" Naruto muttered.
All those explosions had dried up the moisture in the air. That probably weakened the technique.
"Tch, this jutsu's trash." Naruto figured Sasuke would break out soon anyway.
But interfering too much might spook Haku into canceling it. So—
"Guess I'll do mental damage."
He made clones to clear the remaining fodder, then hopped with them behind trees so Sasuke couldn't see him.
"My chakra's running low… after this I'll have to dispel the clones. Hope the real me arrives in time." Naruto whispered.
If he kept burning chakra, the clone wouldn't be able to suppress the Nine-Tails.
He and the clones used Transformation Jutsu at once—becoming Uchiha Itachi.
They leapt into the trees, tossing smoke bombs so their silhouettes were hazy and half-visible.
Inside the mirrors, Sasuke had already eaten two volleys of senbon, bristling like a porcupine.
"Sigh…"
"Itachi" stood above him and let that heavy sigh draw Sasuke's eyes.
Sasuke looked up—and his pupils exploded wide, convinced he was hallucinating.
"My foolish little brother~" the blurry Itachi voice drifted down. "Why are you so pathetic right now? Is it because your hatred is too weak? Because you still cling to the clan's empty past?"
Sasuke's breathing turned ragged. He didn't even notice Haku turning his head.
He roared upward, "Shut up! I've survived and trained every day for this one purpose—so I can kill you!!"
"Itachi" chuckled and vanished—Naruto dispelled one clone.
From another tree, Itachi's low laugh rose again. "How pitiful. How laughable. You can't even surpass your own teammate, yet you dream of revenge… heh."
Naruto swallowed the follow-up line—"Go home and raise pigs!"
Sasuke froze. Was he talking about Naruto?
Itachi ignored his confusion. "You know I'm only a phantom in your mind. Yet in this phantom, you still thought of Naruto?" He paused, sneering. "Looks like Naruto is your real trauma, isn't he… Sasuke?"
A rush of blood slammed into Sasuke's head. His face flushed red-hot.
Naruto? I'm afraid of Naruto?!
He was strong now, but… wasn't I strong too? I train like crazy, he was a loser—
But that was only in academy days.
That loser has nothing to do with now.
Am I… just a joke?
Whip! Whip! Whip! The Ice Mirrors didn't pause for Sasuke's spiral. Senbon flooded toward him.
They fired together.
Haku didn't notice the chakra surging wildly into Sasuke's eyes—his vision sharpening past its limits.
Clink! Clink! Clink! The senbon hit empty air.
Sasuke stood to the side, eyes blazing crimson, two tomoe spinning into place in both irises.
Two-tomoe Sharingan—both eyes.
Not one single-tomoe and one double-tomoe like canon.
Sasuke's strength had already exceeded Naruto's projections.
And at that exact moment—
"All Itachis" vanished.
Naruto's clones—every last one—dispelled.
