As valefor was walking around the academy before the class starts he say a crowd so he decided to take a look. He saw that 3 girls were fighting over one guy and people were murmuring "isnt that the tyrant prince and the girls who fight for their love for him" .
"what the actual Fuck am i witnessing, ho btw that uniform looks expensive he must be the crown prince" after Valefor said that all the attention shifted to him
"isnt this the freshman who caused chaos in the assembly"
Valefor said something that enraged the prince
"that guy must have lot of ego that he doesnt accept any of the three girls" everyone tried to stop him but it was too late
"who the hell are you and who do you think you are speaking to?" the prince asked him with a dark expression
"i dont care whether you are prince or not, this academy doesnt follow the Golted empire's rules" valefor replied while zetor giggled.
"alright then lets have a duel" the prince asked him to duel him
everyone was very worried because he ranked top in the 2nd year, no one has ever beaten him while he didnt even have to usign 50% of his powers. He was known for his powerful flames that could burn anything.
"ok i accept" everyone were stunned to speak because 5 mins of explaining of not to fight him, he accepted the duel
"before the the duel let me re introduce myself, i am Arthur Volford"
"hmm, and i am Valefor Kraberos"
no one had ever heard of that family name but valefor's cloths looked super expensive on top of that he had white hair, normally gold and silver represented high mana and magic capacity while red and blue represented high fir and ice elemental affinity but no one ever saw someone with pure white hair.
Arthur thought he could end the duel in an instant by using explosion on valefor but he used darkness to create a barrier "ho so you are a demon without a horn huh" arthur thought he was a demon. He decided to blow the whole arena but valefor used lightening and darkness together and exchanged his position with lightening to dodge the explosion. Arthur was shocked " Impossible, a Duman but there are only 4 Duman nobles in the empire", "The Kraberos family was here before your empire dethroned and killed the previous emperor. you thought you could defeat me this easily?" Valefor charged towards arthur with his lightening fist but arthur's ring triggered and his familiar popped out and saved him, valefor's punch left a huge crater in the arena. The flame dragon fused with arthur, so his movements became more swift than before but valefor was unfazed "flames might burn or melt things but it cant do a shit to my lightening!" valefor started moving like a real lightening hitting from every direction with the speed of light and he also used darkness to create a barrier to protect him from the hot flames, soon his lightening turned dark. Valefor left arthur in a very critical state, he was completely wasted on the ground and same goes to the arena it had many huge craters left in it. Every time Valefor used his powers he made the faculty question their academy's built quality.
"may be we should re work on our academy's buildings" Thats what the headmaster said
Soon Valefor became the infamous Duman prince of lightening because of his crown and his affinities for darkness and lightening.
Thats just the start of the impact of Valefor in the magic academy, the academy which doesnt belong to any empire.
