Chapter 7 - Chapter 6 – First Day at MIT

The morning sun painted the MIT campus gold as Alex stepped out of the car, bag slung casually over his shoulder. Despite being only eleven, he walked with calm confidence—his presence sharper than any student around him.

He took a deep breath.

"MIT," he whispered. "Let's see what you've got."

What he didn't notice was a small shimmer in the air behind him. High above the campus—completely cloaked—hovered a cluster of Stark micro-drones, carrying stealth surveillance tech that hadn't even been patented yet.

Tony's voice crackled through their private channel:

"JARVIS, keep visual on Alex. Zero errors. If anyone so much as bumps into him, I want a full report."

"Understood, sir."

Tony had insisted it wasn't overprotective.JARVIS disagreed.Alex would definitely disagree.

But Tony Stark was Tony Stark.

Inside the Building – Instant Attention

As Alex entered the main hall, conversations halted.

"...that kid is—"

"Isn't that Tony Stark's brother?"

"Why does an eleven-year-old look like he's walking into a board meeting?"

"Did he say Alexander Lionel Stark? That's insane."

Jealousy rose instantly.

MIT was full of geniuses. But being overshadowed by an eleven-year-old prodigy—and the brother of Tony Stark—wasn't something they were ready for.

Some students glared, others whispered. A few openly scoffed.

Alex ignored all of them.

He walked straight to the administration office, collected his schedule, and made his way to his first lecture: Advanced Physics II.

A Genius Among Geniuses

Professor Holt, an elderly man with silver hair and round glasses, paused mid-lecture when Alex entered.

He raised an eyebrow.

"Ah. Our... youngest student."

Some students snickered.Others crossed their arms, annoyed.

Alex simply nodded, quietly taking an empty seat.

Holt continued writing on the board, scribbling a complex quantum stabilization equation. Then he pointed at Alex.

"Since you're new, Mr. Stark, perhaps you can tell us the solution? If not, no worries—it took most graduate researchers months to understand."

The class smirked.A few whispered:

"He's dead.""No way a kid solves that.""Let's see the Stark brat fall."

But Alex just stood up, walked to the board, and took the chalk.

He didn't hesitate.He didn't think.

His Perfect Mind Talent activated automatically.

In seconds, he rewrote the entire equation, corrected three mistakes in Holt's original formula, and added two new quantum variables.

When he turned around, the room was silent.

Professor Holt's jaw dropped.

"That… that correction you just made… was something even our research team struggled with."

Alex shrugged. "Your third variable lacked a stabilizing constant. It would've collapsed instantly."

A few students stared in disbelief.

Others glared with even deeper jealousy.

One student slammed his book shut.

"Show-off," he muttered.

Another whispered:

"He's eleven… this is ridiculous."

But Alex didn't care.He returned to his seat.

High above, Tony watched through a drone feed, whispering:

"Atta boy…"

Lunch Break – Trouble Starts Early

Alex sat alone under a tree, calmly eating while reading through three different textbooks simultaneously.

That was when a group of older students approached—three boys and two girls.

The leader smirked.

"Hey kid, you think you're hot stuff? MIT isn't your playground."

Alex didn't even look up."Move. You're blocking the sunlight."

They froze.

"…What did you say?"

"I said move. You're in my way."

The leader clenched his jaw and grabbed Alex's shoulder.

Instant mistake.

The drones dropped into silent-combat mode.Tony's voice exploded through the comms:

"DON'T YOU TOUCH HIM—"

Before Tony could send the drones to blast the entire courtyard—

Alex moved.

He grabbed the older student's wrist, twisted gently—and the guy collapsed to his knees, unable to understand how a child outmaneuvered him so easily.

Alex's voice was calm.

"Don't start a fight you cannot win."

The other students quickly backed off, confused and intimidated.

The drones resumed stealth mode.

Tony leaned back in his chair.

"Okay… maybe I am a little overprotective."

JARVIS responded:

"Sir, that is the understatement of the century."

End of the Day – A New Reputation

By the end of his first day, Alex Stark had earned a reputation:

The 11-year-old genius who corrected a professor.

The kid who defeated a senior with a single move.

Tony Stark's terrifying little brother.

Some students admired him. Some hated him. Some feared him.

But one thing was certain—

MIT would never be the same now that Alexander Lionel Stark had arrived.
