He stared at the massive silver eye staring back at him through the shattered sky.

Aze didn't answer.
He couldn't.
His heartbeat thundered so violently it drowned out everything else.
Rinne grabbed his sleeve, trembling.
"A-Aze… talk to me. What is the Redactor?"
Aze's mouth felt dry.
"It's not a creature," he whispered.
"It's a rule."
The sky ruptured again, a jagged rip stretching across the clouds.
This time, something like a voice echoed from it.
But it wasn't sound.
It was pressure.
A dominant, crushing force that pressed into everyone's skull.

Students screamed as the words slammed into their minds like a hammer.
All Might staggered, clutching his head.
"Ghh—! What is this—?!"
Aze felt the pressure too, but not the pain.

For him, the voice felt familiar.
Like a warning he'd been running from since the day he arrived.
The tear widened further.
Aze stepped forward, fists clenched.
"You found me faster than I expected," he muttered.
The voice echoed again.

Rinne grabbed his arm harder.
"Removal?! Aze, what does that mean?!"
Aze shook his head.
"It means it wants to erase me."
A burst of energy exploded from the tear.
A beam of silver light shot downward—
Aiming directly for Aze.
Aze grit his teeth.
"I can't let this hit anyone."
He vanished in a blur.
Midoriya yelped.
"He—he moved even faster than before!!"
Aze reappeared high above the ground, planting his foot on the incoming beam.
The air detonated around him.
Students watched in awe and horror as he held the attack back with just one leg.
All Might stared, frozen.
"What kind of power is that…?"
Aze didn't have time to respond.
Another voice echoed from the sky.
This one quieter.
Sadder.
—Aze… come home—
Aze's eyes widened.
No.
Not that voice.
Not hers.
Rinne saw his expression twist.
"A-Aze? What's wrong?!"
He couldn't speak.
He knew that voice.
He would never forget it.
Another crack ripped open in the sky—
And a silhouette appeared behind the massive eye.
A girl.
Floating.
Expression empty.
Eyes silver.
Staring at him like she didn't know him.
Rinne froze.
"Who… is she…?"
Aze's voice cracked.
"My sister."
The Redactor's eye glowed brighter.
The girl raised a hand.
A circle of erasing light formed around her palm.
Aze's heartbeat broke.
"Don't," he breathed. "Please don't…"
She aimed the erasing light at him.
Rinne screamed.
All Might leapt forward.
Teachers shouted.
Students panicked.
Aze moved first.
Time cracked around him.
He launched upward, toward the tear, toward the girl who was no longer his sister—
But before he reached her—
She fired.
A column of pure deletion shot downward.
Straight at him.
Aze crossed his arms, bracing for impact—
But the beam wasn't aimed at him.
It curved.
It shifted.
And shot toward the ground.
Straight toward—
Rinne.
Aze's eyes went wide.
"NO—!!"
