Xuans pov.
I was sitting on my chair, slumping forward as i played intensely at the videogame Infront of me, Shadovis rpg was its name. Its a MMORPG and a half romance game. As i died. "Ugh oh come on! I literally dodged that!" I yelled out in frustration before clicking on my inventory "do i have something wrong equipped?" I said as I searched "doesn't seem like it. Guess i should just kill a few ogers" I said as huffed in defeat, vowing that i will kill that boss no matter what.
As i continued playing and finally defeating the boss "YES!" I screamed out, thankfully I lived alone. Maybe. I jumped out of my chair in excitement before going straight to my bed. "I'll continue this tomorrow... I'm really out of energy." I said before I felt my eyes getting heavy. Three hours had passed and I jolted awake from a bad dream but i just ignored it and shook my head, i looked at my computer wich was still o- "WAIT NO!" Interrupted my own thoughts and immediately jumped up to turn it off, but before i could i saw my character standing Infront of a wall filled with symbols and codes. "Must be a cipher." I said before sitting down looking interested.
As i continued staring at the puzzle with a competitive look in my eyes. "Solve this and i get a reward, or an Easter egg or! Or!" I cut myself off for getting too excited, i huffed as i continued staring in confusion. "Half of these aren't related to anything. Is it the in-game language? Nah... I would've known if there was such a thing." I said before sighing out as almost give up. But my mouth starts moving itself, my free will being taken for a few moments as it talked. "Man is shadow velvet his heart, he is the silent scream. And the aches whisper's are the answer to a smile." I said aloud something i didn't say. I fell straight to the ground in horror holding my mouth in trembling fear as everything around me to starts too feel too real. I felt everything. I looked at my trembling hand "what the fuck was that?!" I said in a hused whisper, my voice strained and almost unable to come out.
I couldn't sleep that day, and kept my hand on my mouth at all times. I looked scared, and paranoid. From something i didn't know exist, but I felt like it followed me everywhere, watching my every step. ' great now I gotta go to school too... Eugh.' i thought before walking towards the school with a mask on my face, my black hair covering my eyes as it shook when i walked. I reached the school building and went straight to my locker and sorting out my stuff. I went to class but cleared the scared look on my face because I had an image to maintain. 'the popular school's handsome boy who is probably the loosers villain without even knowing it.' i thought as i sat on my desk, half the class staring at me in awe and confusion because of the black mask. A girl approached me "why are you wearing that?" She stammered out. I sighed before answering "im just a little sick and I don't want to get another one sick." I said before winking and paying attention as the teacher walked in. "Yeah right... This." I mumbled out quickly before huffing and puffing my chest. Still don't wanna look bad. Im the next model singer guy for whatever band, and i didn't have an amazing voice. Just a pretty manly face and because of my unnatural crimson red eyes.
After class I walked out of the room trying to look flashy, you never know when someone is filming you. I saw someone get bullied, hard. They were beating him brutally just because he has a different way of life. "I hate them." I walked towards them and said a single word. "Stop." I said, voice low and deep. They froze and looked back at me. "O-oh! Mr. Xuan!" They stutterd in unison, how is that even possible!? I watched them run away before extending my hand towards the bullied boy. "Here c'mon. Get up." He looked at me before swatting my arm away. "I don't need the hand of someone who's gonna be weaker than me. Because I'll be the strongest!" He said outloud. Out. Loud. I couldn't believe it, i just stared at him before kicking him in the face and walking back home "people really are fucking weird nowadays huh. and he's probably gonna be some main character in an Isekai revenge story where he gets a harem and kills me for being evil or something." I said whilst giggling out whilst walking home to my mansion.
