Unlike Earth, Namek basks in perpetual daylight, devoid of night.
By now, six hours had passed since Goku and the others landed. Five shooting stars streaked across the green sky once more, crashing into the ground and revealing space pods identical to Vegeta's. From within stepped five aliens of all shapes and sizes.
They wore combat armor matching Vegeta's, their faces twisted into arrogant smiles.
"Finally arrived. Lord Frieza ordered us to clean up those rats; let's find their location immediately," said the purple-faced man in the center, who sported two sharp horns on his head.
"Captain, I've found them. There are multiple high-energy signatures 52 kilometers away. The highest is at 42,000 power level. Not bad at all."
"42,000? No wonder Lord Frieza summoned us. Let's go. Let's finish this quickly; the Lord is waiting for our good news."
"Yes, sir!"
The five transformed into streaks of light, soaring toward the horizon.
A distance of 52 kilometers was crossed with ease in just a few minutes. Upon reaching their destination, they happened to witness a man being impaled through the chest by an arm.
"Is that Vegeta? What's going on… infighting?" All five wore expressions of surprise.
"Whatever. Kill everyone here!"
"Yes, sir!"
Instead of attacking immediately, they let out a loud shout and struck a bizarre collective pose: "The Ginyu Force... has arrived!"
"To die at our hands is your greatest honor."
"Er..." Goku, Piccolo, and Nappa were left speechless, their faces covered in metaphorical black lines.
"Let me take this opponent," Goku volunteered proactively.
Before his voice had even faded, his afterimage slowly dissolved. The real Goku had already appeared behind them, lifting one member in each hand.
"Three left."
"Recoome! Burter! When did he…" Captain Ginyu was shocked beyond belief; with his prowess, he hadn't even been able to track Goku's movements.
"Goku, stop playing around. Finish them quickly. We have a tough battle ahead," urged the pragmatic warrior, Piccolo.
"Oh, alright." Under Piccolo's pressure, Goku unleashed his full power, knocking every member of the Ginyu Force to the ground.
Vegeta, resurrected and healed by Aomori, said nothing. He immediately flicked his wrist and unleashed an energy wave, vaporizing the five fallen enemies and carving a bottomless crater in the process.
"Vegeta, they had already lost the ability to fight! Why go that far?" Goku said angrily.
"Kakarot, you are too soft-hearted! With that mindset, you'll never become a true warrior!" Vegeta sneered.
"This time, I have to side with him," Piccolo added. "This isn't a martial arts tournament; it's a battle of life and death. we can't afford to show mercy."
"..." Goku remained silent.
"Alright, now that your power levels have increased several times over, it's time to find Frieza for the final showdown," Aomori interjected. "In a moment, I'll take the lead to pin him down. While he's underestimating us, I'll strike with everything I've got. You guys just focus on delivering the finishing blows."
"That won't be necessary," Vegeta said conceitedly. "I can handle him alone. Just wait for my good news."
With that, he soared into the air, heading straight for Frieza's location.
"That idiot!" Goku and Piccolo followed closely behind.
Aomori cast a seemingly casual glance at Nappa, who hadn't moved. "What, aren't you going?"
Under that invisible pressure, Nappa broke into a cold sweat. He gave a nervous laugh and said, "I'm going! Going right now!"
After watching Nappa depart, Aomori returned to the Grand Elder. He picked up the One-Star Dragon Ball; neither Nail nor the Grand Elder moved to stop him.
"Aomori, remember your promise."
"Don't worry. I have a nickname: 'The Honest and Trustworthy Young Gentleman'."
With a wave of his hand, Aomori transformed into a beam of light and vanished in the blink of an eye.
…
"Even Ginyu and the others are dead?! Just who has such capability?"
Frieza, currently searching a village for the sixth Dragon Ball, saw the display on his scouter. His face instantly darkened.
The Ginyu Force were his most useful subordinates. Their sudden annihilation was a significant blow to his real estate empire.
The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. Frieza seized several Namekians, hauled them into the air, and crushed them.
"Kill them! Kill them one by one until they tell me where the Dragon Ball is!"
"Yes, sir!"
After venting his rage, the scouter suddenly displayed several high-energy signatures moving rapidly from the site of the Ginyu Force's fall toward his position.
"They're coming to me? A pack of rats who don't know the height of the heavens. Fine. Since they're throwing themselves into the net, it saves me the trouble of searching for them." Frieza gave a cold smile. "Let's see just who these 'heroes' are."
Just as they found the Dragon Ball, Frieza saw Vegeta and the others descending from the sky.
"Vegeta? Your growth surprises me. And it seems you've found some decent help," Frieza said with a light chuckle, his gaze sweeping over Goku and Piccolo.
"Frieza, the Ginyu Force has been eliminated. You're next." Vegeta pointed arrogantly at Frieza. "Come! Let me show you the power of a Saiyan!"
As the last word left his mouth, Vegeta's body blurred, reappearing instantly in front of Frieza. His fists, laden with long-held humiliation and resentment, poured everything into the tyrant.
The sturdy hoverchair and armor shattered instantly. Frieza was pummeled until his eyes bulged and saliva flew.
Vegeta sent Frieza flying with a heavy blow, then, with a rapid "da-da-da-da" of his hands, unleashed a barrage of light bullets that swallowed Frieza's silhouette.
He wasn't done. Vegeta soared high into the sky, his hands spread wide. After a brief charge, he brought them together and fired a massive pillar of energy downward.
"Final Flash!"
Boom!
The earth shook and the mountains swayed as violent winds howled. Nearby, Goku and Piccolo couldn't help but raise their hands to shield their faces.
"That guy is dangerous," Piccolo admitted, acknowledging Vegeta's strength. "He might be able to handle Frieza alone. I'll clear out the small fry and retrieve the Dragon Balls first."
"Yeah." Goku nodded slightly, his expression grave. He had a premonition that Frieza wouldn't be dealt with so easily.
Vegeta, however, didn't share that concern. Overlooking the deep crater from above, he laughed loudly. "Frieza, have you seen the might of us Saiyans? I'm afraid you lack the ability to speak now, so go to hell and repent! Hahaha..."
Goku frowned. He suddenly sensed Frieza's Ki, which had been fading, surge violently, even doubling its original strength.
His expression changed drastically. He shouted to Vegeta, "Watch out! He's not dead!"
"What?" While Vegeta was still surprised, a massive figure burst from the crater, appearing before him in an instant. Horn-like spikes were aimed straight for his chest.
Fortunately, thanks to Goku's warning, Vegeta dodged at the last second. The horn grazed him, tearing a large gash in his training gi.
"You're... Frieza?!"
Looking at the drastically altered Frieza, Vegeta said in disbelief, "Is it a transformation skill like Zarbon's?"
"No, no, no. Don't be mistaken, Vegeta," said Frieza, who now resembled his father. He spoke with a smile: "I am fundamentally different from Zarbon. I am so powerful that I deliberately keep myself in that low-energy state. This is my true power. I might as well tell you, I have two more transformations. Each one will significantly increase my strength."
"What?!" Vegeta was horrified, involuntarily taking a step back. Goku's expression also turned grim.
"However, this state is a bit of a struggle against you all. I might as well transform again."
With that, Frieza tensed his entire body as if straining. The aura radiating from him grew at rocket-like speed, quickly reaching a height that drove Vegeta to despair.
At that moment, Aomori suddenly appeared behind Frieza. He concentrated his three-in-one energy into his right fist and punched with all his might.
Frieza let out a startled cry as he was sent flying, and the transformation process was interrupted.
Goku and Vegeta stood by, dumbfounded.
"What are you standing there for? Attack!" Aomori said irritably, as he launched a Thunder-Light Cannon at Frieza.
He never understood why these guys always stopped when someone was transforming.
With Aomori's interruption, the fear in Vegeta's heart lessened. He gritted his teeth and hurled an energy wave at Frieza. Simultaneously, Goku fired a Kamehameha.
The three energies collided with Frieza, erupting in a massive inferno.
When the dust settled, the once-towering Frieza had turned into a small, child-like figure.
"Oops, did I hit him too hard? He went straight to his final form." Aomori couldn't help but shrug.
Having revealed his final state, Frieza regained his usual elegance and composure. Even the scars on his body had vanished.
He glanced at Aomori indifferently. "Today, you all die."
With a flick of his finger, lasers invisible to the naked eye flew toward Aomori and the others.
With two muffled groans, Goku and Vegeta stared in shock at the bloody holes in their chests before collapsing.
Only Aomori dodged the attack with a flash.
"Oh? You actually dodged? You are... quite good." Frieza turned to look at Aomori, who had appeared to his side, and offered a sincere compliment.
"Thanks. I think so too," Aomori smiled. "You are worthy of my full power."
"Oh?"
Frieza watched Aomori with interest, but the smile on his face soon froze.
A set of golden armor emitting a scorching light covered Aomori's body. Two pairs of long wings sprouted from his back. An indescribably terrifying aura radiated out, making Frieza's expression turn solemn.
Gold Cloth, Bond Evolution (Pidgeot), and Kaioken 20x!
With his powerful physique, he could maintain the Kaioken 20x state until his stamina was depleted.
Feeling the surging power within him, Aomori felt as though he could destroy the planet with his fists alone.
"Hiss~" King Kai, who was peeking in secret, couldn't help but gasp. "This Aomori... he hides so much. He might actually be able to defeat Frieza!"
"Just who are you?!" For the first time in a long while, a sense of crisis welled up in Frieza's heart. He asked through gritted teeth.
"My name is Aomori. I am an interdimensional traveler." Aomori beckoned with his finger. "Come. Let me feel the true strength of the Emperor of the Universe."
"Hmph. Aomori, is it? I'll remember you. Then, as you wish!" Frieza refused to be outdone, his aura exploding outward. The powerful air currents even caused Namek to tremble several times.
The two kings standing at the peak of the universe began a battle that would decide its fate.
…
"Ugh..." Vegeta opened his eyes and sat up abruptly, clutching his chest. The bloody hole had already healed.
He stood up and found Goku, Piccolo, and Nappa nearby, gazing up at the sky.
In the heavens, two terrifying surges of Ki were constantly colliding. The aftershocks alone made Vegeta's heart tremble with fear.
"They are..."
"It's Frieza and Aomori," Goku answered, his voice thick with frustration. "They're too strong. This level of combat is not something we can interfere with."
"Aomori? Frieza? Is this their true strength?" Vegeta felt a similar sense of unwilling dejection.
Suddenly, a spark of inspiration hit him. He blurted out, "What about the Dragon Balls? With the Dragon Balls, I… we… could help."
"The Dragon Balls were taken by Aomori's clone. He said he had a use for them."
"..." Vegeta nearly spat blood. His only hope had left him. "Are we just supposed to stand here and wait for their fight to end?"
His proud nature refused to accept the fact that he was irrelevant.
"No, I still have one move that can help." With determination in his eyes, Goku took a deep breath and raised his hands.
'Please, creatures of this planet... lend me a little of your strength.'
Specks of life energy drifted from the plants, trees, and other living things, gathering into a sphere above Goku's head.
Vegeta and the others watched in surprise as the ball of light grew larger and larger.
"This power... it's incredible!"
"Mm, Goku is finally using the Spirit Bomb." King Kai nodded and contacted him. "Goku, don't worry. I'll contact Aomori and have him cooperate with you. However, there are too few living creatures on Namek; you'll have to borrow a little from the surrounding planets as well."
"Yes! Thank you, King Kai!"
"Oh? Using the Spirit Bomb, are we?" After hearing King Kai's words, Aomori used a Light Speed Fist to knock Frieza away.
The Emperor was indeed powerful. Even if the Spirit Bomb couldn't destroy him, it was good to weaken him so Aomori could win a bit more easily.
"Alright, I'll cooperate," Aomori responded.
Frieza stabilized his form after being sent flying. He wiped a smear of blood from the corner of his mouth. "You are indeed strong, but you are still no match for me. Do you know? I've only been using eighty percent of my power. Now, let me show you my full strength!"
He took a sharp breath, and the energy in his body surged once more.
Aomori chuckled. "Just a power-up. Anyone can do that. Kaioken 30x!"
His aura also rose, and he once again overwhelmed Frieza. However, he couldn't maintain this state for long.
Seizing an opportunity, Aomori grabbed Frieza from behind, flashed above the Spirit Bomb, and dove down rapidly.
"Goku, now!"
"Go! Spirit Bomb!" Goku thrust the ten-meter-wide sphere of light upward with all his might.
"What is this thing?! Let go of me!" Held tightly by Aomori, Frieza could only watch helplessly as he got closer and closer to the massive sphere of light.
"No!" Amidst Frieza's desperate cry, Aomori flashed away.
