Phoebe's POV
The three girls looked terrified enough, so I decided not to push things further. Seeing Alice, Nadia, and Siena properly shaken, I finally broke my silence.
"Since you've all said sorry, I'll let this go. Guess I'm just too forgiving for my own good."
I turned toward Harold, letting my cold tone shift into something sweeter, almost teasing. "What's your take on this, Mr. Bailey?"
Harold chuckled at my sudden shift to good behavior. His hand came up to mess with my hair gently. "Fine by me. We'll handle it your way."
His attention moved to Chad. "Mr. Calvin, since Phoebe's choosing to show mercy, I won't make this a bigger issue. Let's call it done. But I expect this kind of thing never happens again."
Chad forced a tight smile. "Absolutely, absolutely."
