Sakura arrived in the class, only to be greeted by Naruto and Sasuke kissing.
Just thinking about being the third wheel in their romance had her sigh.
Still...
'The Yaoi fanfiction will make lots of money!'
She grinned at walked to them as Naruto was getting beaten up by a group of rabid girls, for taking Sasuke's first kiss.
"Don't worry, I support you guys!"
Sasuke gave her the death glare, and Naruto was panicking.
"Sakura-chan! It's not like that—"
"Don't worry about it! I will research for a way for you two to have kids. Nothing is impossible—"
Sasuke tried to punch her, but she grabbed and pulled Naruto in front of her.
Naruto got punched instead.
"You bastard! Why did you hit me!?"
"Stupid—"
Naruto hit him back.
And so, the classic Naruto vs Sasuke fight started.
"NARUTOOOOO!"
"SASUKEEEEEE!"
Hmmm, how about she tries this?
She used Chakra threats and attached them to Naruto's limbs.
Who knows, maybe she might have a talent for puppetry?
"Ack!"
Well... maybe not. Naruto got beaten up a lot more easily.
So, she attached her chakra threads to Sasuke.
"Take this! Dattebayo!"
Naruto finally landed a punch on Sasuke.
'Huh!? Why can't I move properly?'
Sasuke was confused, and his eyes went to Sakura, who was doing something with her fingers.
She smiled at him innocently.
Just then, Iruka appeared.
"Naruto! Sasuke! Stop fighting this instant!"
Sakura took back her chakra strings, and sat down on her seat innocently.
"Hey! Sakura-chan! Did you see that punch!?"
And Naruto started bragging to her.
"Naruto! Silence!"
And then, Iruka started giving a boring speech about bla bla bla whatever you will be ninja from now on or something.
Sasuke was giving her the suspicious look.
Naruto was moved to tears with Iruka's speech.
And Sakura was wondering about what to do in the free time she will have before Kakashi arrives.
Finally, Iruka's speech came to an end, and he started announcing the genin teams.
"Team 3—"
"Team 4—"
"Team 6—"
"Team 7, Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura—"
"YES!"
Naruto cheered.
"—and Uchiha Sasuke under Hatake Kakashi."
"Wait a minute! Why does an Elite Ninja like myself has to be in team with Sasuke!?"
Naruto complained.
"Because we have balanced teams. Sasuke was at the top, and Naruto, you were at the last."
"Ack!"
Sasuke just looked at Naruto, and said, "Just don't drag me down."
He wasn't happy by becoming Naruto's teammate either."
"What did you say—!?"
"Enough! The team is final! Your Jonin-sensei will come to to take you after the lunch break. Class is dismissed!"
And so, the wait for Kakashi began.
Sakura borrowed a book on medical ninjutsu she just got access to after graduating from academy while eating.
No matter how much she eats, being a ninja means that it just burns through and helps in increasing her chakra. So she eat a lot. She can't even imagine dieting and functioning properly.
While she was immersed in her book, Sasuke came in front of her.
"Your forehead is so pretty that it makes me want to kiss it."
"That was a cringe pick-up line that would lead to you getting slapped, Naruto."
"Huh!? I-I am not Naruto!"
"Yeah yeah. So go bother Naruto. I am busy."
'Sasuke' hesitated, and asked her, "What do you think about Naruto?"
Sakura looked up from her book, and eyed 'Sasuke'.
"He is reckless, loud and doesn't think much before charging in, relying on his huge stamina and endurance to handle his recklessness. But I am sure that he will grow up from that. Though, despite his personality, I think that he will be bottom."
"Bottom? What does that mean—ack! I need to go!"
Clutching his stomach, 'Sasuke' ran off.
...Naruto really can't act like the person he transformed into huh?
After a while, Sasuke came over.
"Do you know where Naruto went?"
"Nah."
"What did you do back then?"
"I don't what you are talking about."
"Hmph."
Hmph'ing, he went away.

Three hours have passed since the lunch break ended. Everyone's Jonin-senseis came and left with their teams long ago.
After Naruto's duster shinnegans, Kakashi arrived and said, "Meet me on the rooftop."
And so began the introductions.
"I am Hatake Kakashi bla bla bla none of your business."
"Uzumaki Naruto dattebayo! Ramen Ramen Dattebayo! Hokage becoming Ramen Dattebayo!"
"Uchiha Sasuke Hn. Hn Hn Hn. Kill Hn."
Well, that's what Sakura heard after her filtering.
She was hungry now, okay?
"I am Haruno Sakura. I like playing around with chakra, and dream to get myself a big kaijuu to level mountains. I hate feeling hungry and the cause of it."
She looked at Kakashi for the last part.
Kakashi just smiled at her with the eye-smile thing he does.
Then he explained the real test that will determine whether they become official ninjas or get sent back to the academy.
Bla bla bla, he bolted.
So Sakura also started leaving.
"Hey Sakura-chan! Wanna go on a ramen date with me!?"
"No thanks."
She rejected Naruto, and left for home. Though she has already explained to him lots of time that she doesn't like him like that, he sure is person.
Anyway, tomorrow will finally be a real battle.
