"Well than, I'll see you in a month!"
I bid my mother farewell.
"Yes, Be safe son."
She stated with slight anxiety in her voice.
"Don't worry mom... Be safe, Don't fall for unnecessary scams and... relationships are off limits."
I stated with a serious look.
"Haha! Who would like an old lady like me!!"
She stated, somewhat dejected.
"Even if anyone showed interest, Don't!"
"Haha, Don't worry... I won't! You and your sister are all i need."
"Ehhehe!"
I smiled weirdly when she stated that, as i trued to suppress my embarissment.
"Well than mom! I'll take my leave."
"Yes, Happy journey."
"Be safe! Take your meds and Don't burn your money too quickly."
"I will!"
She stated as she waved her hand and i started my departure.

"I'd like to send this letter to Malnorie National Academy. To a student Named Ellie Drayton. Class 3-7"
"Yes... That will be... 2 bronze."
"Yes!"
I took out 2 bronze and gave the letter to her.
The letter contained a message from mom and me and around 2 gold coins.
"Thank you for using Malnorie Express Delivery services."
"Mhm!"
After doing what i was supposed to, i took my leave.

After 2 days, i finally reached my destination and opened the doors.
I was around 2 days late and i was probably gonna get chewed out for it.
So, i opened the gate afrer showing the gate keeper my pass.
When i opened the door and entered there was nobody in the hall.
I just sat down on the sofa as i waited for everyone to come.
After watching the tv for about 2 hours i realised it was already night time.
So, i went to the watchman and askwd him when they'll be back.
He stated that they went for a raid and they should be back by now.
I started growing a bit worried about their safety when i heard a pack of loudmouths chatting away with each other.
"I'm telling you, That bastard probably ran away after all the training we put him through!!"
Rachael shouted as she was talking to Milia.
"I don't know... i think, he'll be back. He seemed quite pleased with his growth."
"Who knows... maybe he did run away. I'd like it that way."
"Hey chloe, I've wanted to know... why do you seem to hate Vade unnecessarily more than us?"
"Huh? How are you guys any different? In all honesty. Aren't you guys just keeping him here because You all knew Frey was leaving the party... Can't believe that guy got accepted into the hero's party... Well, he's that great... It was to be expected."
"Would you mind not talking about him? I thought he'd stay with us if we acted like we were obsessed with him... can't believe it didn't work."
"What? You guys were acting?"
The quite kania asked in shock.
"Hah! You really are the easiest of the lot Aren't you kania? Honestly... he was an ass, he never gave us any attention and still acted possessive... who tf is even gonna like a guy like that?"
"Haa... that is true. He got so angry when Vade entered the mansion. I could see his jealousy visibly. What's up with that?"
Milia asked, somewhat weirded out.
"I mean... men are all the same. Even if they don't have anything towards you, just because you like him, he becomes insanely possessive. Like just because you like him, you somehow belong to him even though he doesn't feel the same about you. They are really werid people."
Chloe scoffled, which was unlike a saintess candidate.
"Not only did he abandon us but he chose the hero's party which is essentially our rivals. It pisses me off just thinking about how clingy i got with him."
Amelia stated, with disgust in her eyes.
"If wade left us aswell... what are we gonna do tho? We need a dmg dealer."
"Well, We just have to find someone else i suppose. But that guy.. he's pretty desperate, so i Don't think he'll leave."
"So are we right? we need a dmg dealer and we definately need someone like him who seems increasingly better than a person like frey."
"We can think about that after we decide what to do about a dmg delaer... We might need to find someone temperoryly... to fill for frey. Until Vade becomes a great combatant."
Everyone sighed together as they came to the gate and saw me.
Shicked yet relieved.
"Hey vade."
"Oho! Look who's back!!"
"If it isn't my desciple."
"Welcome back vade."
i had no words.
The 6 women were outside greeting me.
As they entered the house.
I greeted them aswell but words wouldn't come out as i was in a bit of a deep thought.
What did they say?
Seriously?
Did frey seriously leave the party while i was gone?
And.. the reason why they wanted me back was because they already knew that frey was offered a place in another party.
That party happens to be their rival party who have been fighting for the position of the 'hero's party' and their various titles for a while now.
It was a party full of absolute beauties.
People who essentially ignored my very existance now stole the guy from this party?
Well, there are rumours of him being the best candidate for the title of a 'hero'.
But... those party mrmbers... i don't like them.
They treated me like i was an untouchable.
I got treated way worse than how these people treated me.
"Hey, Let's go!!"
Kania tapped my shoulder and than i realised i was spacing out.
"Aah... yes, Let's go!!"
I walked with kania.
"Hey, what was that about frey?"
i whispered to kania, asking for the details.
"You were listening to us haa? Well it should be fine."
and so she narrated the story to us properly.
After i was kicked out, They scouted Frey because he was pretty famous at the time in hopes of finding a balanced unit to raid the latter half floors of the dungeon.
But, 2 months after they recruited him, i.e recently... The rival party of theirs stated that they would pay him a handsome amount.
So, he thought of it repeatedly.
So apparently they acted like they were in love with him to keep him in the party... which honestly was messed up.
but well, 1 month later he decided to leave the party and has now successfully joined their party.
Leaving them without a main dps to take down monsters with high hp.
So they now need someone who can deal high damage with single strikes.
I was a possible candidate, so i was told to come back.
They probably wouldn't have needed me if frey hadn't left so...
This means that... they peobably wouldn't have recruited me if frey hadn't left.
I'd probably still be cleaning gutters if it weren't for the impact that guy had in this team.
I guess i should be greatful that he left haa!
