This chapter will be focusing on Michael and his training and how he gets his quirks and how his adaptability works
--
Somewhere inside a lab,
a boy barely eleven years old is fighting four Nomu—each with its own quirks and weaknesses. The boy is trying to get used to the quirks he received from AFO. When AFO gave him his family's quirks, his adaptation ability activated and caused them to fuse together, removing their weaknesses.
The quirks he now possesses are called Enhancer and Flight.
Enhancer – Allows the user to enhance their physical abilities up to 140 times their normal level, and it consumes very little energy.
Flight – Allows the user to fly at speeds up to 100 km per hour.
As the fight continues, I punch one Nomu in the face, sending it flying into a wall. I grab the second Nomu by the head and rip it off. Then I kick the third Nomu in the spine, causing it to break apart. Finally, I grab the fourth Nomu by its neck and twist it off.
As I hear someone clapping, I turn to see Sensei sitting in a chair, smiling at me.
"You did well, Michael. Today's training is over. Now tell me—do you want something from me?"
I answer, "Yes, Sensei. I want a regeneration quirk."
"Oh? Why do you want one? Don't you already have one?"
"Yes, I have one, but it only works when I'm dying, and it can't be used on others," I said, lying about the second part.
AFO decided to give me a regeneration quirk as a gift for completing my training and exceeding his expectations.
"You can go and rest in the bar," he said.
"Okay, Sensei," I replied as AFO sent me out of the training room.
I met Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri outside. It has been a year since I met both of them. I've developed a good relationship with Kurogiri, but Tomura is an entirely different matter. The man-child is angry that I took Sensei's attention away from him, and he hates me simply for existing. But I know how to mend the relationship between us.
As I was about to talk to Tomura about All Might—the person he hates the most—he growled at me the moment I brought up the subject.
"I'll kill him," Tomura said. "I'll destroy what he represents and tear this society apart."
"Oh? And how will you do that?"
"By myself," Tomura answered quickly.
I laughed aloud and said, "Good, but not enough. You need alliances, subordinates—people you can trust and rely on. And I can be the teammate you need. I can help you achieve your goals, but you need to train and become stronger."
Tomura stared at me for a moment, then said, "Fine. I agree."
"Then it's a deal."

Tomura POV
--
I was angry at the new guy because he was taking Sensei's attention away from me, but as I talked to him, I realized how many holes there were in my plan to take down All Might. He told me to train myself and gather subordinates—people I could trust. So, I decided to make a deal with him

Kurugri POV
--
As I saw my new charge come out of the training room and start talking with Tomura, I listened to their conversation. I agreed with what Michael said—no one can rule the world alone. Even AFO needs loyal subordinates. While I was lost in thought about that, Tomura and Michael made a deal.

AFO POV
--
It has been a year since I took Michael under my wing. The boy's growth is astonishing. In just one year, he managed to become far stronger—at the beginning, he could barely fight the weakest Nomu, but now he can defeat four of them. And even the weakest Nomu is capable of killing a fully grown adult man, yet he can fight four at once. I took a blood sample from the boy and gave it to Garaki to determine what his quirk is. Today, I'm going to receive the results. As I turn toward the screen, I wait to hear what Garaki has to say.

Garaki POV
--
As I looked at the blood sample Sensei had given me, I conducted several experiments and discovered that the boy's quirk allows the user to adapt to anything and everything, as long as the owner manages to survive for 24 hours.
The screen behind me lit up, and Sensei asked,
"What did you manage to find out about the boy's quirk?"
I answered,
"Sensei, I only managed to uncover a small amount of information. The boy's quirk can adapt to anything and everything, as long as the owner survives."
"Oh?" Sensei replied. "Can I take his quirk?"
"I don't think so, Sensei," I said. "You have already given him quirks, so his original quirk has adapted to yours. I believe I can clone it, but it won't be a perfect copy. So far, I can only manage to clone the adaptive component, not the full healing aspect. That part is difficult to decode. I need more time—but I also need a new sample. The old one has already adapted to everything I tried."
Sensei responded,
"Fine. I'll give you another sample. But I need results. Did I make myself clear?"
I nodded immediately.
Sensei's final command was:
"And create three clones of AFO. Make sure they have protective measures. And for the third one—the strongest—add the most lethal venom you can find or create as an additional safeguard."
"Yes, Sensei," I replied to All For One.

AFO POV

I need to find a way to control Michael or at least ensure he stays on my side. For now, I think he will remain loyal—but the future is uncertain.
