Jasmine's POV
The morning of my first exam arrived with a flutter of anxiety that made my stomach twist into knots. I had barely finished pulling my school sweater over my head when Aunt Naia's gentle knock echoed through my bedroom door.
My aunt stepped inside carrying a small white jewelry box, her expression warm but tinged with something deeper.
Without speaking, Aunt Naia placed the box directly into my hands.
Inside lay a delicate white bracelet adorned with an oval stone that seemed to catch and hold the morning light, shimmering with an almost ethereal glow.
"I crafted this especially for you," Aunt Naia said softly, fastening the bracelet around my wrist with careful fingers. "Whenever doubt creeps in, remember that you are cherished beyond measure. You're becoming someone remarkable, Jasmine, and watching your growth fills me with such pride."
