To clarify for anyone who doesn't know
The only time Ophis's main system is talking is with { } unless stated otherwise, [System:] is when the Group chat system is talking in the group chat and [ ] by itself is when the group chat system is sending a message directly.
Point out any mistakes please.
____
As a being embodying a concept while also being directly born from it, controlling it quickly became second nature to Ophis.
The first thing she began to test is endlessness. She released her mana at max output into the void of the dimensional gap.
Constantly compressing and releasing it at irregular intervals to waste as much of it as possible. She kept doing this for several hours but, she never felt Fatigued in any sort of way. Her reserves of energy remained a constant that never decreased. This is not the limit to endlessness, however, that is for later.
Next came Limitlessness which was a bit different from endlessness, it has two separate units of understanding. Positive and Negative.
First Ophis created a beam of condensed energy then proceeded to layer her positive Limitlessness on top of it. In the blink of an eye without her needing to create more the beam began to increase in number, each time exponentially increasing.
1 to 2
2 to 4
4 to 8
8 to 16
16 to 32
32 to 64
64 to 128
And this continued until the dimensional gap itself could no longer be seen, instead of its mix of colors it now was filled it pure dark purple energy that was still increasing.
Ophis looked on with pure fascination "This is everything I expected and more." She breathed out
She'd filled the initial beam with the amount of energy she'd assumed would be enough to destroy the moon. And in just a few seconds, the number of them rapidly increased enough to cover this entire section of the dimensional gap.
"Second test successful"
Swiping her hand Ophis neutralized the still multiplying beams. Instantly the kaleidoscopic colors of the Dimensional gap returned as if nothing ever happened.
"What do you think system?" She asked
{Great progress for just 3 days of practice, but remember your abilities shine brightest when used creatively.}
"Heh, yeah I know. I already have an idea for something I can do that isn't just direct firepower." Ophis replied confidently
As she was going to continue practicing the chat group interface suddenly flashed in front of her.
[!Help need! Extreme Anomaly detected in Galactic Baseballers world.]
Swiping through the message she quickly opened the main chat group.
[Ouroboros: The hell's going on?]
[Blank: It's an emergency quest, an anomaly is happening in Stella's world that could lead to her death. So the Chat group triggered a quest to help save her.]
[Ouroboros: Has anyone gone over yet?]
[Last Master: Yeah! Not a bad slime and Ugly squid are already helping out.]
[Lolimancer: Look! Rimuru has started a stream!]
At the top of the message board a red icon say watch stream appeared. Ophis quickly clicked it, wanting to see what was happening and whether or not she is needed.
The interface switched to a third person view of Rimuru. He ran quickly while firing off blasts of black lightning and black flame that zipped through the air, hitting what appear to be giant beetles?
For a second he stopped and looked to the sky "These bugs are never ending!" The feminine bluenette shouted.
Following his vision the interface faced the sky, on it a large black cloud hovered in the sky. Like a storm cloud waiting to deliver rain never seen before. Clouds however don't buzz so this was not a cloud. No, no, it was a swarm.
"The swarm Disaster!? In what I have to assume is Belobog!" Ophis shouted to herself. The snowy mountains basically giving it away.
Looking at the Bluenette on the screen, and what she could observe of his outfit and abilities this is Rimuru before fighting the Orc lord due to still using the fur lined outfit.
And though she was never really a power scaler, Ophis didn't think this Rimuru could defeat an entire Swarm disaster swarm himself, though he likely wouldn't lose either.
"Well it's not as though he's alone… The astral express is still there alongside the residents of Belobog… and Ugly squid, if he really is Kim Dokja, if I assume everyone is still in their relatively early timelines, then he won't be much help either." She deliberated
{You should go help, there's definitely something extra outside the regular swarm disaster. The chat group wouldn't deem it necessary to create an emergency mission if it was that simple.
Also, remember, the Swarm disaster is a part of the path of Propagation which may be of help to you.}
"Yeah I know, I was just making excuses because I didn't want to fight yet." Ophis said with a sigh
Her finger glided back to the chat group interface.
[Do you wish to accept the emergency mission. Rewards will be distributed after mission completion.]
Two buttons appeared under the mission request, Yes|No.
Clicking yes a shining blue portal appeared before her, floating closer she stopped for a moment.
'Let's leave something so Red stays out of my area.'
With a wave of her hand, letters made of dark purple energy appeared. It said, "I won't be gone for long, so keep out."
"Hm, he better stay out or he'll face my complete bombardment." Ophis said floating through the blue portal.
____
As Ophis floated through the portal she appeared right above Belobog. She was immediately faced with chaos. Bugs swarmed the city, its spatial barrier already shattered under the pestering of the Swarm disaster.
Her calm expression quickly shifted, this scene, she's scene it before. But back then she was one of the weak citizens being attacker. Back then she couldn't do anything but watch as the people she knew, even the people she didn't know were killed by beasts.
But no more, she was no longer that defenseless girl. She was now the the Infinite Dragon God, Ophis Flinn, and she will not let this continue.
"Endlessness, surge forth."
Her voice rocked the world, and for a moment it shook as if trying to resist. Then stop.
The world stopped. The Bugs of the swarm disaster frozen in the sky, the running people frozen in their strides, the black lightning flying into the sky remained at a stand still.
"Hmm, it's not perfect but it works for now." Ophis said.
The world looked as though time itself had stopped However, that isn't technically the case. Using her authority over infinity Ophis managed to extend this specific moment in time infinitely.
It's similar to a frame by frame of a recording, it essentially paused the world on a singular frame and extended it so no other frame can continue.
Turning say from the frozen world Ophis looked up "Let's check what's going on with the express, I've only stopped the planet after all."
Her form faded to purple dust, and shortly her figure reemerged in the planets upper atmosphere.
What she came upon was far worse that she had imagined "Is that an actual Giant True Sting!?"
A Giant True Sting is a True sting sub-species that can grow to the size of planets. This one in particular wasn't the size of one but rather around the size of the Earths moon.
'My memory is a bit fuzzy but if I remember right, didn't the express almost die to one of these later on?' Ophis wondered
The express floated upon its tracks just out of range of the Ginormous bug but for some reason it remained still
'Of course they can't really run away with Stelle, march and Daniel still on the planet.' She thought, though they likely wouldn't even if those three weren't on the planet. Why save a planet just to let it be destroyed only hours later?
A brown haired man, Welt Yang, stood on top of Astral express Cane in hand releasing a deep violet energy at the Giant sting.
"He's suppressing it with gravity? Why not kill it outright?" The dragon hummed "Is he afraid the express will be caught in it?"
She was quite confused, the man didn't seem to be struggling to keep it suppressed so he should theoretically be able to crush it, at least to an extent. And using the Star of Eden he could create a black hole which would definitely take this thing out.
"Either way, let's help him out." She disappeared into purple dust once more and appeared right next to the focused Welt.
He did react as he'd sensed her the moment she appeared in the upper atmosphere, it wasn't as though she was trying to hide either.
"Who are you?" He said, more like a statement rather than a question.
"Hehe" giggling at his seriousness she responded "No need to be so serious, all I can say is that I'm not an enemy, I'm actually here to help."
Welt, who's eyes haven't left the Giant sting since he started suppressing it, took a short Glance at her "What do you plan to do?"
"I do want this one Mostly intact for some testing, so why don't I just boost you up and you crush it?" Ophis offered
Blinking a little at the simplicity of the plan, welt quickly shook off the shock. "Do it quickly, it's trying to break free again"
"▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅!" Exactly on queue, it released a deafening screech.
"I'll amplify your gravity, just start crushing it." The Blackett stated raising her hand towards the giant beetle.
As Welt began his gravitational crush the bugs resistance was very apparent, for a second he doubted the girl standing next to him.
Then he felt it, the absurd speed of his power amplifying. The Giant True stings struggle continued for only but a second before it was barely even less than half it initial size.
Its screeches came out more like pathetic wheezes. And after only 5 seconds, the once moon sized Giant True Sting was now only the size of a basketball.
'Who the hell is this girl?' He thought to himself.
"You don't need to worry about about who I am, as I said before, I am not an enemy." Ophis said as if reading his mind.
"…"
Turning back to Jarilo-VI She hummed "It's time to take care of the rest of the bugs then."
'How should I do this..? There's way too many of them for a single big attack and I don't feel like looking for every single one' Ophis thought.
She has no experience sensing path power or even power outside of her own in general. So she had no real way to track each individual bug.
{You can leave that to me. I'll mark each one for you, they are still enveloped in your eternity so you should be able to locate each one}
'Oh, Thanks! This makes things a lot simpler'
After a few seconds of waiting she slowly started feel strange energy signatures on the planet, she couldn't really think of a way to describe it properly.
"…fluctuations?"
{It's done, all Stings have been marked}
Shrugging she decided to ignore it as it likely didn't matter anyway.
Raising her hand she formed a dark purple orb of energy. "You've all entered my sights."
She marked each energy signature in her mind, 'About 5 million'
"Now, Fall"
With a slight pushing gesture she released the orb, it fired off like a flash of light, turning into a large laser like beam. As quickly as it was fired it began to multiply, and from 1 it became millions.
____
The frozen world of Jarilo-VI was in the most peaceful state it has been in, complete stillness. Though if one were to look at the scene that was frozen the last thing they'd think of is peaceful.
It was as if someone took a photo in the middle of a disaster, buildings in the process of crumbling, citizens running for shelter, blood covering the streets, everything here screamed disaster.
Then without warning without warning the sky was dyed a haunting purple, and like shooting stars lights started to fall.
The lights first fell in the city of Belobog, each one a beam of purple energy. They were as fast as a flashes of light, piercing through the horrid bugs that brought further disaster to the already torn planet of Jarilo-VI.
In an instant these beams of energy flew through each Sting, erasing heads, punching holes through the bodies, each and every bug in Belobog was killed. The ones flying above the city, the ones swarming civilians, in every crevice of ever building they were shot through.
The beams continuously multiplied then shot off back into the sky, flashing across the open expanse of nothing but snow and mountains into the black cloud of Beetle like bugs. They were not spared a different from their brethren in the city, each and every one of them was blasted apart, erased, and gouged through.
All that was left was the stray Stings that left their swarm, they too weren't spared. Any Bug left alive is a danger to an entire planets ecosystem, though Jarilo-VI didn't have much of an ecosystem in the first place.
The beams spread across the sky and fell all around, the snowy mountains, its snowy valleys, its snowy flats…its snowy everything, wandering Stings were shot down.
____
"Well that takes care of that" Ophis said with a huff, dusting off her dustless hands.
'…Did she just annihilate the entire swarm from all the way here?' Welt thought with a squint.
"I'm heading back down, I want to meet up with the others." She said with a giggle.
The crushed Giant True sting floated over into Ophis's hand "We'll likely be seeing each other again soon enough, danger lurks across this entire universe after all." She said looking at Welt.
Ophis faded into dust leaving Welt alone on top of the express.
"…"
"Troublesome…" He said with a sigh.
____
Appearing back on the still frozen Jarilo-VI Ophis took in the view "Ah, dead bugs everywhere, Magnificent." She laughed and continued "Now let's watch them fall."
With a snap of her fingers the world returned to normal, no longer frozen like a picture frame.
For a moment the Stings still flew around, remaining in the air as if they had not yet realized that they'd died. Then all at once, they began to fall.
All 4.5 million bugs that made up the swarm cloud in the sky began to fall at once, each one being juvenile sting, all weighing about 40kg, some more some less.
"Oh damn, didn't really think about that… isn't Rimuru right below them?" Ophis said awkwardly "…He'll probably be fine" she continued with a shrug.
"We should start analyzing this" She said holding up the black and red sphere in her hand.
…
"Huh, what just happened" he shook his head in confusion "I feel like something just happened but I can't tell what it is"
[Answer: It seems something similar to time-stop was invoked on the world]
"What!? Who even has that type of power here?" He shouted
[Answer: I do not know. However you have greater worriers at present]
"Huh? Oh yeah the bugs." He said looking up "…Are they falling? They usually just came in droves"
He watched the cloud of bugs begin to fall faster and faster as they got closer. But he could also see that they all seemed to have chunks ripped through and off of them.
"Did whoever stop time kill them all but leave all the corpses? And leave them all to drop on me..?" He asked into the air, his eyes looking dead. He doubted he could get out of the range before the entire swarm fell, he was right below the epicentre after all.
[Suggestion: Using Predator you can consume them before they fall directly on top of you.]
"Not much else I can do, I was planning to consume a few anyway." He replied, turning into his slime form in preparation.
After waiting a few more seconds the black cloud finally reaching his position, his slime body bursting upwards engulfing everything in its wake.
…
While analyzing the crushed bug, Ophis watched as Rimuru's blue form burst forth engulfing a third of the dead swarm. The rest falling to the ground
"Fat ass, what could he possibly need that much for. He should only need 1 or 2 for complete analysis." Ophis said shaking her head "He could've just used his flames and lightning to create a barrier or something."
Looking away from the Gluttonous blob of blue she looked at the now swarm-less Belobog. Teleporting over she began to look for the Korean man.
"There you are." Ophis said spotting the Korean man in a brown suit, who also looked around in confusion in a similar manner to Rimuru. He stood with the Silvermane guards wondering how the Bugs all died.
"It seems 4th wall works even in this place." She said to herself, being unable to properly see Dokja's face.
As she watched him his entire body suddenly went tense and his head flung itself to look up at her position.
'Oh?' She thought curiously 'Did me observing him cause something?'
Making direct eye contact she waved at him with a smile. Teleporting, she appeared right next to him and grabbed his shoulder.
The knights were quickly on guard at the sudden appearance of a new person, spears and swords were raised.
"Don't worry, I'm just here to grab this guy for a meet up." Ophis said before teleporting away again. Leaving the Silvermane guards completely confused.
This time appearing in the snow field that Rimuru and the dead swarm occupied.
Rimuru who was now back in his human form jumped back in surprise at the sudden appearance of two presences. But once he turned to look he saw none other than his fellow chat group mission goer Kim Dokja and a Black haired Loli in a cloak covering basically her entire body.
"I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're Ouroboros" Rimuru said with a curious expression
Clapping at his guess "Ding ding, you got it! Want a prize?" Ophis answered jokingly
"So it was you who killed all the bugs then?" Kim Dokja asked
"Yep to that too" she answered with a nod
Her casualness threw them off a little but, they already knew she was supposed to be strong so they weren't too surprised. They had no real reason to assume she'd lie either.
"Here, you can have this" she suddenly said tossing a black and red ball to Rimuru.
"What is it?" He asked in Confusion catching it "Holy!-" he shouted as it's full weight dropped on his hands, instantly they were both crushed and the ball fell from his hands, quickly falling to the ground forming a crater.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"Sorry? I forgot it was supposed to be heavy." Ophis apologized awkwardly, she'd genuinely forgotten that the small ball was once a moon sized giant True Sting.
While she and her System were analyzing it they found out that the path of propagation while carried some essence of infinity. It was strictly biological, it can infinitely increase in biological offspring, mutation, and adaptation.
Which are all things she could do herself with proper usage of her authority. So together they deduced that consuming Propagation would instead likely stunt her own authority and actually make her potential several times weaker.
So she decided that giving it to Rimuru could benefit him somehow, maybe it could turn into a Unique skill when he headed back to his world, you never know.
"What is it even supposed to be?!" Rimuru asked regenerating his obliterated hands.
"Well I don't know the full details but, it seemed to have been the leader of the other Bugs, it used to be the size of a moon but I helped the person who was keeping it away from the planet crush it into that ball." She answered semi-Truthfully as she did know more details than that.
They both blinked in surprise at her explanation, that ball used to be the size of the moon?
"Why give it to me though?" He asked
"Well, Mainly because I have no use for it, but I have a gut feeling it could help you out somehow." She answered with a sly smile, clearly hiding something.
"…Well thanks I guess" he said suspiciously, his hand turning into slime covering the orbifide True Sting, Consuming it with predator.
"We should probably head back to our worlds right? I'm not too busy with anything but What about you guys?" Ophis asked, fishing for information.
"Oh, I'm not too busy either. I'm mostly just relaxing in my village." Rimuru replied.
'So likely still a few days before he meets the Ogres and gets news on the Orc lord.' Ophis thought
Looking over at Dokja she asked "What about you"
"My world is pretty chaotic so I do need to go back as quickly as possible, even if it's only a few minutes something unexpected could happen." He replied giving basically giving no hints on his current timeline.
'I wonder how this entire thing is even working with the star stream constantly watching him. If I remember right the constellations are constantly watching incarnations, there's no time when they aren't watching especially this guy. So how do they not notice him vanishing randomly, even if it's only for a few seconds or minutes' she thought curiously.
"How do we go back in the first place? I'm pretty strong but even I can't breach multiversal borders" Ophis asked
"We should get a notice when the mission is fully finished, which should send us back to our worlds." Rimuru answered
And right on cue
[Ding! Emergency Mission complete. Chat mate @Galactic baseballer no longer under threat from anomaly. Thank you to those who participated. You may Return to your world lines by going through your individual portals. The portals will remain open for 12 hours. Rewards will be calculated after all participants return to their worlds.]
"Oh" Ophis intoned "That was right on cue."
"Very" Dokja said completely deadpan "It's done that with both of the other missions too"
"Well I'll be off, I can let Red take my spot, so I'm going back right away. If either of you stay behind, tell Stelle I said hello and good luck." She said jumping into her violet blue portal.
It instantly closed behind her leaving the two men alone in silence.
"She's not I was expecting if I'm being honest" Kim Dokja said with a sigh, the sigh taking his tenseness with it.
"Me neither, My great sage couldn't get a read on her at all, I basically just got a bunch of error text." Scratching his head he continued "Wait, does this mean we're barely gonna have any contribution?"
Dokja froze "…Damn" his shoulders fell "The shop feature is definitely going to unlock after this mission too, we only had to generate 1,000 more points for unlock."
"She really stole all the kills then dipped" Rimuru said shoulders sagging a lot less than Dokja's, he didn't need the points nearly as much as Dokja did after all
"Now I want to see how much she got for all that…" Rimuru continued
"I kind of want to make her wait the full 12 hours or however long it would be with time dilation out of spite. But I do have to get back to my world." Dokja said with another sigh.
"True, see you next time then." Rimuru said hopping into his portal
"Yeah, see you next time" Dokja replied going into his own portal.

Yo, another chapter here to go. I'm still working on proper descriptions because I feel like I make them a little too barebones.
On another note though I don't think I got Kim Dokja right at all, but I'm gonna work on it. It's hard writing characters on totally new situations because you have to really infer how they'd react to other people and situations. Dokja is calm and really prepared for a lot of things in his world because he KNOWS what's going to happen next or he knows the people he's interacting with even if they don't actually know him. (To a certain extent at least.)
I'll work on it by rereading and trying to analyze his character more.
Anyways hope you enjoyed.
