She stopped what she was doing and called the Police once again to inform them that they had another victim.
She finished up her autopsy on the victim, who was for now a Jane Doe, but Luka called her Julie, she looked like a Julie. And waited for the Detectives to show up to gather the evidence she found on the victim.
She played some slow, calming Celtic music, she pulled her hair back away from her face, pushing behind her ear, catching the healed cut there, she briefly thought back to how she got that cut through her ear, it was freshman year and she got cornered in the bathroom by four girls who all ran together, they were mostly Omega's like her, but one, she was the one who gave her this cut through her ear as the others held her down, she didn't know what she had done to the female Alpha for her to act like she did. But she did say that no Alpha would want an Omega like her now with her deformed ear.
She hadn't just cut her ear; she cut a few centimeters of her ear and flushed the string of flesh down the toilet.
A teacher came in just after she flushed it and caught the girl red handed, she was an Alpha herself and ordered all the girls to go to the principal's office, while she took Luka to the nurse's office.
The nurse was a fellow Omega and was sympathetic to her as she treated her ear. She called Luka's mother, and she came and got her, threating to sue those girls for what they did.
They won that case and the girls were sent to juvey, all sent crying and begging to not put them in prison, they got no sympathy from the judge, the guards or even their own parents who were shocked by their behavior.
The money they got from them was enough for her to start college, her mother got a new home and a decent car. The rest was a nest egg.
" Who did that to you? " She heard a deep voice growl behind her above her music, she hadn't used her headphones, but she still could've heard him come in, she jumped at the voice and had moved a couple inches away from Savji.
" What? " She asked hand over her heart.

" It happened in high school, the people who did it are prison. They got what they deserved when they did this, it's why I believe in Karma and not going all wolf on them. It's a waste of energy anyway. "
