In a deep black void, a being of pure light stood above the stream of light before him. Infinite branches of the timeline had begun to split and war with each other; this was unintended.
Switching his view the omniverse presented itself before him. An infinite cloud of infinite multiverses, which were also layers upon layers of infinite universes and so on.
Then whatever could be considered his equivalent of eyes squinted hard. Focusing part of the omniverse seemed to be corrupted.
"Hmm well that's not what a multiverse cluster is supposed to look like," he mumbled, zooming in for a closer look. Seeing the odd amounts of chaos energy and the strange white wave of reality rewriting, gender-swapping energy engulfing things. The being knew that this part of the omniverse definitely needed some maintenance done.
"Is that Marvel, DC, and My Hero Academia? Is that The Boys as well? What in the many worlds is going on here?" Somehow some way concepts from a seemingly endless number of universes had collided to create this new cluster of multiverses that were rapidly changing and evolving.
If nothing was done the sheer amount of incursions that might occur could wipe out this winter sector of the Omniverse.
"The real question is though who did this and why?"
"Alright then let's see, where to start," He searched for the origin point of the chaos, but little did he know that the being he was searching for was currently in a strange variant of Gotham City with some very conflicting feelings.
This wasn't good not good at all. He searched the world finding contradictions everywhere in every way. Magic was the worst of it Knut the mythological side of things was horrid as well.
Checking dimension after dimension he found all the same problems and portents. Beings from the depths of ancient rotten universes were concentrating. Great old ones, Outer gods, and Other gods, all different things, were all swarming in greater numbers than they ever had for any reality's safety.
Its version of the source wall was malformed and awkward, its sphere of gods, the bleed, and the monitor sphere, were all outright bleeding into each other and there were countless holes directly but what was even worse was what he discovered next.
The Celestials who'd echoed forth from the Marvel universe clusters and the Hands from the DC clusters were at war. A war that could and had already smashed worlds and universes apart. What was a small planet with a beautiful budding seed of life against a stray gamma-ray burst fired to smash an enemy to pieces and yet it only did so to the planet in the way.
What was worse was the sheer number of Enders some up jumped being called Hadad had created and spread throughout the multiverse was enormous. His most prolific and scho of the Black Winter itself had devoured universe after universe at a startling rate. Should it continue at the same speed or dare to accelerate, the consequences could only be trembled at by lesser beings.
This needed to be fixed, it needed to be corrected, whoever had made this omniverse cluster had done it sloppily and the mess was spilling all over the floors of existence. The being knew some creators never cared to clean up their messes after a base experiment. Clearly whoever made this was one of those powerful crafters of existence but hadn't put much effort into it.
The realm reeked of amateur work and needed a firm new hand.
"Who better than I?" he said, pondering the omniverse spinning about him.
"Why not? Let's do it then!" And before any creature could blink and faster than almost any could perceive. The complex creature of creation began his new great work by clapping his immortal hands together.

Kairo sat across from Ivy atop a giant flower. Holy had gone off to play or something and Selina sat next to him.
"So why did the two of you come by my humble abode," Ivy asks us relaxing back onto a massive flower petal. I smile petting Mimi, who's resting in my lap shifted into a pale white cat form, and glance at Selina she sees my look and gets the message.
Taking the lead Selina pets another cat, a brown tabby, and scratches it.
"Well, darling we need your help with a little something. You see a bat-shaped friend of ours gave us a quick visit last night," She said, a sly smirk creeping upon her face as she continued to pet the cat. I rolled my eyes but said nothing as she continued.
"Is that so? Well, do tell," She asked her head lolling into her hand elegantly. Her eyes were on Selina but I could feel this strange presence about her it was as if something was analyzing me and the plants around me all had their attention on me.
"Well, it ended quite splendidly as you can imagine," Selina said, setting the cat aside and taking a bottle of tiny wine she'd pulled from between her chest. My eyebrow raised; I hadn't seen her put it between them, and I wondered how she made it fit. Sure her chest is large but is it like my inventory or something in there?
"Oh I see, do tell, but what exactly does that have to do with me," Ivy asked as Selina handed her the bottle and took a second bottle from her friend. If my brows were raised before they were above my head now but I decided it best to focus more on other things and pulled out my book of magic and started to read.
"Well I'm not one to kiss and tell but you see he visited us because of a little… shall we call it a family excursion," She smirked twirling the wine bottle in her hand before removing the lid with an audible pop.
"Ah, the Bowery. That was you?" Ivy asked in surprise piping of the. Popping off the cork of her own bottle before taking a quick sniff of it. The smell brought a smile so beautiful to their lips that the plants around me told me of it and I looked up to see it. I think that may be the first time I blushed in this life if not then it certainly felt like it. I looked down back to the pages of my book as quickly as I could.
"Maybe. Either way, let's just say I'm in need of a new crew, and what better way than to get the old gang back together?" She smiled slyly and stood up to move closer to Ivy.
"Hmm, the whole gang?" Ivy said sipping her wine bottle as she stared at her feline friend as she sat next to her.
"Well grab Harley if that's what you're wondering," She teased and Ivy nearly spat out her drink. I tried to ignore the mild pain in my chest at the idea of her being with Harley. Instead, I simply focused back in on my new book more particularly I was focusing on more wind-based spells today. Thanks to what I'm fairly certain is a talent for magic it was going quite well.
Ivy scoffed haughtily turning away before looking at me for a moment. A strange glimmer passed through her eyes for a moment. Then she turned back to Selina and answered.
"Alright, whatever. What exactly is the job?" She asked, but I can tell just from that she's probably in pain, and because of that I send a small amount of healing energy her way through the plants around us. She glances over at me but I don't meet her eyes as it wasn't enough to truly heal her just make her feel better.
"Well, I was thinking-" Selina was about to suggest the truth of our plan when something odd happened.
My eyes glowed green as nearly every plant in the vicinity screamed with terror. I shot up as fast as I could quickly prepping my abilities and banishing my spell book back to my inventory.
BOOM! CRASH!
The roof above us exploded into a thousand shards of glass. Reacting quickly I activated anti-gravity and held all the shards in place as a bright orange streak of fire blazed down into the garden and engulfed the surrounding area in fire.
"I'M BACK BITCHES!"
A man, glowing orange and radiating seemingly endless waves of heat warping the air around him him stood up from the position of a superhero landing and stared at us.
"Hey, you little shit! Round 2 time" The man said but I'd recognized his voice the real question was how the hell he was here.

Somehow even though I literally just crucified this guy last night or was that the night before? Doesn't matter really because apparently somehow Firefly was back with a fire upgrade (get it) and tracked me down for revenge somehow. How the hell did the bats manage to let this guy get looking enough for this shit to happen? I basically served him to them on a silver platter.
More importantly, the fact was that right beside me, Ivy had just let out a blood-curdling scream of pain, anger, and abject rage as the fires around us continued to consume the garden.
"BASTARD! FEEL THE WRATH OF THE GREEN!" Ivy enraged had the same glow of emerald light come from her eyes as they did mine. Then she summoned a truly massive wave of roots and flowers and shot them at the man to impale him.
He raised his hands and they glowed with thermal fury before blasting out beams that engulfed the plants and blazed straight towards Ivy. A quick wind blast from me pushed her out of the way while Selina stood and backflipped out of harm's way.
As the energy blasts converged on me the heat radiating away I pulled on my quirks and it manifested a quick glowing ball of light around me.
Before I knew it my hair had lengthened, I'd grown a few inches, and an aura of pale ethereal energy coated my metallic body. My new form tanked the shots without much care them only caused me to stagger backwards. The heat didn't hurt me but it did char nearly all of my clothes right off my body. Even so, with just shorts left, I charged him dodging blast after blast until I got in close enough and using an anti-gravity and hammer hand combo I pelted him through the nearest glass wall into the garden pond outside. The puddle bubbled and steamed massive mists when I turned to look for Selina.
Spotting her I called out " Go find Holly I'll handle him," She looked like she wanted to protest so I used one of my brand-new wind spells to cut a path through the surrounding flames. With a nod, she sprinted off calling out Holly's name while Ivy stood back up, seeming to have shriveled a little even from the blistering waves of heat but even with Firefly warming up the whole place, she remained beautiful and strong a nd when she looked to me we nodded in unison and went out the window after him.
Landing Firefly's steaming trail of radiating flame echoed around him as he stepped out of the river.
"You two think you can handle the heat? Well, step into the kitchen then!" She roared before charging at us. His cracking skin glowed like liquid lava about to erupt and an aura of orange energy came around him as he charged.
"Don't worry I'm about to cook your ass!" I said charging in return. Meanwhile, Ivy kept forward with a cry of fury and attempted to destroy the brand-new mutant.

Firefly returns this time with new gear and a meta-human upgrade
Hey guys sorry it's been a while; life's been crazy, and I've been having a ton of problems. I mean from finding out my dad has pre-cancer to car accidents, basically failing a college class because of computer issues, personal mental health issues, to money issues in the multi-thousand-dollar amount. That being said I hope you all enjoyed the chapter and some of you could leave a nice review on the fic. I know it's not that great but an honest opinion would be appreciated so long as it's respectful.
In happier news I started reading Percy Jackson it's not half bad haven't finished the first one yet. And I've also caught up on my adventures with Superman. I'm caught up on Green Lantern, plus I watched one of the Green Lantern animated movies I forget the name. Plus I've been marathoning Young Justice as well all in all, a fun time.
