Just to make things clear about the Justice league so far since some of the details I've played out can be contradictory.
Basically although many of these heroes knew each other and worked together beforehand and worked together on multiple occasions but the justice league has yet to go completely public and work hand in hand with the government like the X-Men, the Seven, and the Fantastic Four have. Also in the past both Payback and the Justice Society of America existed and are now defunct.
The Teen Titans and have already been formed as Robin has already become Nightwing. Titans Tower is also built however many young heroes are still being housed in the cave under Mount Justice.
Also, not all heroes members of the Justice League have contact with are members of the league. Some are part timers like Batman and others are associates, candidates, and allies. The current roster consists of:

4 The Flash Barry Allen
5 Green Lantern Hal Jordan
6 Green Lantern John Stewart
7 Red Tornado
8 Aquaman Arthur Curry (part-timer)

11 Martian Manhunter
12 Giovanni Zatara
13 Shazam Billy Batson
14 Superwoman
Many other characters aren't members of the League just yet like Mr Terrific but the time is currently prioritizing the completion of the watch tower as well as their own personal problems instead of the League as an organization.
As for the next world Kairo will visit since nobody has voted to far I'm thinking probably.

I'm not sure which will come first but I think it will happen in arc three.
As for a bit more lore of this universe which I call the hero verse or the chaos verse.
Quirks are a relatively new development having only started appearing after World War two.
Captain America and Wonder Woman have met before.
The X-Men have been to Gotham City before.
Let's be real they are also probably still the most overly freaked out team there is I just know all of them attended Herogasm the moment they found out about it either by free will or their teammates bringing them.
Godzilla and several other kaiju do exist in this world.
I just watched Project X last night and it was great wish I could go to a party like that.
