Chapter 7 - Chapter 6: Precious Spiritual Food, Returning to Blue Star!

The sky was getting dark, and Lin Chen followed Han Jihai to Pill Peak.

The top of Pill Peak wasn't large, about a thousand feet in circumference.

Apart from a few simple houses and an Alchemy Room, most of the land was planted with some Spiritual Medicine and Spirit Plants.

Lin Chen chose one of the simple houses, and upon entering, he found the room to be modest but clean and tidy.

A wooden bed, a wooden table, and a few chairs.

After Lin Chen tidied up a bit, there was a knock on the door.

It was Han Jihai, bringing Lin Chen a serving of Spiritual Food.

"Chen, you should consider Pill Peak as your home from now on."

"Here are some Spirit Rice and Spirit Vegetables. Eat them and get some rest... Adjust your state, and try to sense the Spiritual Energy tomorrow."

Han Jihai was very kind, almost like a grandfather from next door.

Lin Chen took the Spiritual Food, nodding:

"Thank you, Master!"

After Han Jihai left, Lin Chen looked at the plate of Spiritual Food.

Each grain of Spirit Rice was plump, overflowing with Spiritual Energy.

The Spirit Vegetables were bright green and tender, really whetting the appetite.

Han Jihai even specially cooked an egg for Lin Chen to supplement his nutrition.

"So this is Spiritual Food... How is it different from regular food?"

Lin Chen eagerly tried a bite, and immediately a look of enjoyment appeared on his face.

Delicious, incredibly delicious!

Even the top chefs on Blue Star couldn't cook something this tasty, could they?

Lin Chen wolfed down the plate of Spiritual Food in no time.

Then he peeled the egg and ate it in two bites.

"Hiss... This egg seems not to be an ordinary egg, it's a Spirit Chicken Egg?"

Lin Chen's eyes brightened slightly.

After finishing the Spiritual Food, he felt unprecedentedly replenished in energy, as if his body had undergone some changes.

"These Spiritual Foods... seem to nourish the flesh body and strengthen the physique!"

Lin Chen was moved in his heart and eagerly started practicing the Martial Artist Breathing Technique.

Soon, two hours passed.

Lin Chen felt his Qi and Blood grow stronger, and couldn't help but look at his watch.

Qi and Blood Value: 10.5!

"It actually increased by 0.3 Qi and Blood Value directly!"

Lin Chen was delighted. Just this meal plus two hours of breathing training was equivalent to a month of hard cultivation for an ordinary Martial Artist.

"The Spiritual Food of the Cultivation Realm... The nourishment for a Martial Artist's flesh body is so apparent!"

While pleasantly surprised, Lin Chen also fell into thought.

Cultivators mainly cultivate Magical Power, but that doesn't mean their flesh bodies are weak, as seen from those Tribulation Cultivators before.

Even if they aren't as specialized in the Martial Path as in Blue Star, the Cultivators in the Cultivation World aren't weak in their flesh bodies either.

Thus, Cultivators often eat Spiritual Food, not only for cultivation benefits but also to strengthen their flesh bodies.

And as he knew, besides Breathing Techniques, Blue Star also had methods to rapidly enhance a Martial Artist's Qi and Blood.

For example, "Potential Injection," which can permanently enhance a Martial Artist's Qi and Blood, but at the cost of consuming potential.

Some Martial Disciples would secretly use such injections to participate in national martial assessments, but if caught, their qualification for the exam would be canceled, and they would be banned for life.

Besides this, the most common method on Blue Star for enhancing Qi and Blood is—eating meat.

Eating Demon Beast meat!

Powerful Demon Beasts would slaughter a city, using the Human Race as food, with bodies as strong as monsters.

Conversely, the Human Race would also draw energy from the flesh and blood of Demon Beasts to strengthen themselves!

But Demon Beast meat is extremely precious, and the energy it contains is too violent, only strong Martial Artists can consume it.

For a Martial Artist like Lin Chen, who is just starting on the Martial Path, it is absolutely inadvisable to consume.

Otherwise, a careless mistake could lead to body explosion and death!

After comparing repeatedly, Lin Chen finally exclaimed:

"Just this serving of Spiritual Food would be worth tens of thousands of Great Xia Currency on Blue Star!"

"If Spirit Rice could be promoted and cultivated in the Great Xia Country, the initial cultivation speed for Martial Artists would greatly accelerate!"

Lin Chen's eyes brightened slightly. Just this Spirit Rice alone could change the entire Martial Path in the Great Xia Country!

Licking his lips with some lingering desire, Lin Chen glanced at the countdown on his wrist.

6 hours and 32 minutes.

In just over six hours, Lin Chen would once again transmigrate back to Blue Star.

"For me, I have spent seven days in the Cultivation Realm... but for Blue Star, not a second will have passed..."

"When I return to the Martial Arts Research Institute, the changes in me will be sufficient to prove that the Cultivation Realm truly exists!"

"With this, my first goal has already been achieved."

Lin Chen pondered for a moment.

He had chosen to reveal his Transmigration Ability after careful consideration.

Firstly, he was facing a group of Tribulation Cultivators at the time, a situation of certain death.

If he didn't leverage the nation's power to obtain weapons, he might have died the moment he transmigrated back.

Secondly, this Cultivation World is too dangerous. If he didn't leverage the nation's power, survival would be difficult alone.

Even though there might be traitors among the Human Race, posing a potential danger to him.

But he believed the Great Xia Country would quickly protect him. Compared to the little risk he bore, the benefits he would receive would far outweigh the risks!

Of course, his upbringing also motivated Lin Chen to contribute to the Great Xia Country and the entire Human Race.

Finally, and most importantly,

Lin Chen was very certain that this Transmigration Ability could only be owned by him!

This means he is the single channel connecting the High Martial World to the Cultivation World...

In this situation, as long as the Great Xia Country wants the power of the Cultivation World, they must fully support Lin Chen, with no other choice.

"Alas, I wish there were others who could transmigrate with me, so I wouldn't have to fight alone... but unfortunately, it can't be done!"

Lin Chen shook his head slightly.

"However, if I want the High Martial World to fully support me, I must make them realize the value of the Cultivation Realm!"

"For example, the Spiritual Energy and Spiritual Food that are highly beneficial to Martial Artists..."

Making the Great Xia Country imagine the Cultivation World is real is just the first step.

After that, to receive more resource support, Lin Chen must demonstrate the value of the Cultivation World.

After all, neither a nation nor the entire Human Race can revolve around one person.

Unless the value demonstrated by this person can change the fate of the entire Human Race.

"After six hours, everything will be revealed."

"I wonder, the next time I transmigrate to the Cultivation Realm... how much support will I receive?"

In his heart, Lin Chen had some anticipation.

He then practiced the Martial Artist Breathing Technique for another six hours.

For Martial Artists, practicing the Breathing Technique for up to eight hours a day yields the most benefits, but more than that, the gain is negligible.

Looking at the watch's Qi and Blood Value, it increased by 0.2 again, which was a very considerable improvement.

After finishing his cultivation, Lin Chen reorganized his luggage.

Nanoshield, New Energy Pistol, and the remaining three Physical Potions were all brought along.

Having done all this, Lin Chen glanced at the countdown on his arm.

13 minutes and 18 seconds.

With just over ten minutes left, he decided not to waste it but to attempt something new.

Lin Chen moved the table and chairs in the house next to the wooden bed.

Then, with one hand holding a chair, the other gripping the wooden table, and sitting on the bed himself.

Based on his speculation, living things couldn't travel with him, but items he touched could.

He wanted to test how large of an item he could bring along during transmigration.

When everything was ready, Lin Chen looked at the countdown on his arm.

"Three, two..."

"One!"

Lin Chen's vision changed once again...
