The dense fog shrouded the entire steep and rugged, continuous stretch of mountain forests. Wild beasts lurked, spirits roamed, and after a moment of silence, a low whimpering could be heard, sending chills down the spine.
This is the 'Black Mountain' adjacent to the Northwest Wilderness.
It is divided into three regions.
'Dangerous Land', 'Perilous Land', and 'Desolate Land'.
The 'Desolate Land' near Black Mountain City has a lot of wild beasts but few spirits.
The middle of the mountains, called the 'Perilous Land', is mostly occupied by Foundation Establishment Spirit Monsters that can rival Martial Artists, and the terrain is treacherous; a slight carelessness can cause one to stumble.
