Kevin Sheffield lifted the cooked noodles and put them into the pan of fried tomatoes and eggs, without turning his head.
"Just a basic skill."
Kevin Sheffield was exceptionally sharp, instantly seeing through her intentions. He served the appetizing, steaming noodles into a porcelain bowl, placed it on the kitchen island, and slid it in front of her.
"Eat."
Although the dish looked simple, the aroma was tantalizing. Angela Linton stubbornly said, "I never said I wanted to eat it. I just came to supervise, afraid you'd blow up my kitchen."
Kevin Sheffield took off his apron, wiped his hands, and glanced at her with deep eyes as if he could see through all her little tricks.
He said lightly, "Eat it while it's hot."
Then he turned around, served himself a bowl, and sat across from her, eating silently.
After a moment of struggle, Angela Linton finally picked up her chopsticks and muttered softly, "...Well, I'll give you face and try a little."
