The old master spoke with absolute decisiveness; neither the servants nor the butler dared to defy his orders and could only turn a pleading gaze toward Bella Acker.
Bella Acker felt a little troubled herself and pursed her lips, saying, "Old master, it's dark now and raining. It might even snow later. Why not let President Sinclair come in first?"
"No way! Young Acker, that brat needs to be taught a lesson. Don't go soft and plead for him." The old master turned his head, "What are you all standing around for? Hurry and bring Talia in."
"Yes, Master." The old butler sighed helplessly in response and headed out.
"Old master, you..."
Bella Acker wanted to make another plea, but the old master interrupted her, "Young Acker, tonight you are to stay here with Talia and keep an old man company. Don't bother about anything else."
Seeing the old master's expression turn cold and grave, Bella Acker's lips moved slightly, unsure of how to persuade him.
