The afternoon passed silently, with Holly Sawyer accompanying Elder Grant. Meanwhile, Leo was outside greeting the guests, fulfilling his duties alone.
"Do you know about tea?"
Holly made a pot of tea for several old men and poured it for them one by one.
After Elder Grant took a sip of the tea Holly made and saw her skilled actions, he slowly started to inquire.
The tea she made tasted very good. Making tea has its own set of rules; it's not something that can be done casually, and there are steps to follow.
Only someone who understands tea can make it taste good; someone who doesn't will lack a certain elegance in the flavor.
"I know a little bit,"
Holly nodded and replied.
She learned it as an elective in university. She didn't know much, just a bit. She understood the basic etiquette and techniques of tea-making.
"Your skills are quite proficient,"
Old Man Raines remarked, a look of admiration in his eyes as he observed Holly.
