"Say it now," Caden Lockwood ordered.
"If I say it now, you might get indigestion," Evelyn muttered softly.
Caden Lockwood furrowed his brow, shifted his gaze, and said coldly, "If it's something I don't want to hear, then don't say it."
"That won't do!" Evelyn insisted, "Let's eat first, and we can talk after dinner."
