**Gate of the Unknown**
**Scene 116: "Heart of the Galaxy – Planet of Dark Clouds" – "Commander Lagon's Base"**
Ray Ra'd the Wanderer traveled through the planet's dangerous wilderness.
Countless beasts and the fiercest creatures crossed his path; countless traps and snares he survived.
He passed through dense, flesh-eating forests, swamps from which no creature escapes, and much, much more…
At last, he reached the two abyssal cliffs between which Commander Lagon's ship had fallen.
As previously mentioned, it was a colossal vessel, and it seemed that Commander Lagon had transformed it into a center for surveillance, research, and inventions.
Inside it were armed robotic units, alarm systems, and deadly weapons.
Suddenly, the monitoring and sensing systems issued an alert announcing the presence of someone, and the cameras spread above transmitted images of the fighter Ray Ra'd.
Commander Lagon decided to test this warrior's skill, so he sent armored, armed robotic fighters toward him.
After a long battle, Ray Ra'd managed to destroy them, but the fight exhausted him.
Commander Lagon formed his mechanical wings and flew upward.
Ray Ra'd tried to defeat him as well, but Commander Lagon was a professional fighter.
Since Lagon did not form the Warrior Armor around his body, Ray Ra'd was surprised and spoke to himself, saying:
"He fights with great skill…
Could he be one of the Earth Fighters? If he were not, he would not be able to live alone here."
Then he addressed Commander Lagon, saying:
"Why don't you form the Warrior Armor?
And why do you fight me with your tools and artificial weapons,
without using the power of the Fighter of the Unknown—'the Power of Earth'?"
Commander Lagon smiled, then formed the Warrior Armor.
His speed increased greatly and his strength multiplied many times over, and in the blink of an eye he struck Ray Ra'd down to the ground.
Then he said:
"There, I've done it. What do you think?
I usually like to face my opponents with what my own hands have made, do you understand?"
Then he extended his hand and lifted Ray Ra'd up from the ground and said:
"I am not an enemy… I only wanted to test you, nothing more.
And I know very well who you are."
Ray Ra'd came to know Commander Lagon, and the two descended deep between the cliffs.
Ray Ra'd was astonished by the immense size of Lagon's ship, and also by its advanced equipment.
Commander Lagon then impressed Ray Ra'd with his precision aiming, using a tool like a pistol, all from inside the ship.
Lagon said:
"I can hit any target—near or far, moving or still—with extreme precision,
even if it is a dark gray moving point among a million other black moving points at high speed."
Commander Lagon truly demonstrated this example.
He placed millions of small black spheres, along with one dark gray sphere—so dark it was difficult to distinguish from the others—inside a device that blasted powerful winds, causing all the spheres to scatter at high speed.
From different distances and ranges, and from various firing positions, Commander Lagon managed to hit the gray sphere with perfect accuracy every time, on the very first attempt.
At that point, Ray Ra'd asked him to teach and train him.
Commander Lagon agreed to his request, and Ray Ra'd began training in marksmanship under Commander Lagon's supervision.
