As for the content... Westheid could only conclude that all Realms of Order were the same. They bragged about their Divine Ancestors being supreme, implicitly and explicitly using other Celestial Gods as stepping stones to make their own look better.
It was political propaganda, of course. Mortals could readily admit their own race, systems, or strength were inferior, but they would never tolerate their own Divine Ancestor being outshone.
This belief was the very foundation of their nations; not a shred of doubt could be permitted!
Besides, the Celestial Gods never actually fought one another, so everyone was free to boast as they pleased.
However, the two Celestial Vault People weren't speaking pure nonsense. There was some substance to their words.
