At the same time, he felt a bit puzzled inside, why hasn't Bell completed the transfer yet?
He's been thinking about this signing all the time. If Bell can come, their attacking line will absolutely be the strongest in European football for the next 10 years, with more chances to achieve his wild fantasy of a seven-title crown.
Could it be that Barnet, the other party's agent, is waiting for Real Madrid to give up on him and then pursue Bell fully, using that to negotiate a good contract?
Thinking about it, it seems like that's the only possibility, so Ma'el took it as such and hopes the transfer can be completed soon.
Not long after, while scrolling on his phone, he saw a video of Guardiola talking to media reporters.
"Messi, it must be Messi. He's the best one; Ma'el absolutely cannot surpass him, at least not this season. Messi's goal count this year is likely to break a hundred."
"Damn." He complained with a smile, "This is revenge, naked revenge!"
