"Urgh, my head." Dexter groaned as he looked around the place he was at.
He later realized he was at a hospital or something that looked like a hospital.
At that moment a nurse walking seemingly wanting to give him medicine.

All that she was holding fell to the ground as she stared at Dexter in shock.
Before Dexter could say what he wanted to say, she had already left the room.
Soon a man walked in, it was a man he had never seen before and he must have been a doctor because he was wearing a white coat but he seemed to give of a commanding presence that made people stay away from him.
"How are you feeling Dexter?" The man asked with a smile that made him seem more approachable.
"I am feeling fine Sir, were am I?" Dexter couldn't help but ask.
"Your were you need to be." Arnold said with a smile and walked out of the room.
The nurse from earlier came in again to do her routine check up, while she was doing that an interface popped up in front of Dexter.
He was in shock but managed to calm himself down then he looked at the nurse beside him to see if she was seeing what he was seeing but she made no moves, no strange facial expressions, she just kept on doing what she was doing before.
"Don't even bother they can't see it." A cold computer like woman voice spoke in Dexter's mind.
"Who are you?" Dexter asked back in his mind.
"I am ANA, Arnold's Neurochip Assistant." The voice replied.
"Neurochip assistant....?" Dexter mumbled as he looked back at the interface that just seemed to have popped up out of nowhere.

Dexter looked at the interface and found out it was meant for the nurse, he did not understand what some stuff meant and it seemed that Ana noticed his confusion as she started to explain.
"Humans have different level potential, when you use ten percent of your brain you are at the genius level, From ten to Fifty your are at the mega human level, fifty till ninety nine percent and you are a cyber human and hundred percent makes you a Dimensional human and it will allow you to go to the Fourth dimension."
"Wait a minute, what is all this talk on fourth dimension and I thought if you unlocked hundred percent of your brain you become a computer." Dexter asked back.
"You humans know nothing, there is a fourth dimension, the dimension of time, you need hundred percent of your brain to unlock that."
As Ana finished talking, the nurse was also done with her check up.
"I am done with your check up, you just need to get some rest and you would be back on your feet in no time." Trisha said and left.
"So Ana if all you were saying just now is right what is my brain percentage and level?"
As he finished speaking an interface popped up Infront of him.

Arnold was in a room with a man sitting in front of him, it was the same that was sitting at the head of the table the other time.
"Mr. Lopez, the patient has been stabilized, we only wait to see signs of increased intelligence." Arnold said, who would have thought that, that man with a commanding presence would now be trembling Infront of this man called Mr.Lopez.
But it is understandable as he has an even more scary person than Arnold, it was even said that someone once peed on their pants due to his overwhelming presence.
"I don't care about what you tell me, I want results and I want them fast." And them Mr Lopez left the room.
"Have you ever wondered were you are?" Ana asked after another nurse came in for a check up.
"I thought I was in the hospital."
"Nope you are in an underground bunker facility, that want to use you as a weapon." Ana said.
"How do you know that?" Dexter asked worry filled his voice.
"Have you ever been visited by any of your relatives, don't you find that weird."
When Dexter thought about it, he realized that it was true, he hadn't been visited by his mom which was really weird.
"So how can I make sure that what you are saying is true?" Dexter asked.
"You can ask him when your parents are going to visit you and see his reaction?"
"Who...?" Before Dexter finished talking, Arnold walked in.
