Omni Verse – Episode 20
The Warriors were preparing for their next mission. Before learning Hekari, they decided to search for the Star Stone first. They split into pairs and set out to search.
Jamie & Pegas
Luka & Solom
Lino & Luvo
Mariana & Leonardos
Stardust & Pugo
Luka and Solom searched carefully, checking every possible place.
Solom: Luka, we have to find it first.
You know that, right?
Luka: This isn't a race, Solom. Let's find it, but let's not get into first or second place.
Still… yes, we do need to find it.
Solom: You might be right, but as the strongest ones, I felt a responsibility.
Meanwhile, Pegas and Jamie searched by transforming into observer animals like raccoons and squirrels.
Pegas even transformed into a telescope, scanning the surroundings, but found nothing.
Pegas: Jamie, there's no stone here.
Jamie: Don't worry, we'll definitely find it. Relax.
Lino and Luvo were also searching.
Luvo, moving like a ninja, jumped from tree to tree, scanning everywhere.
Lino transformed into a giant parrot and searched from the sky, but he couldn't find it either.
Luvo: Where could this stone be?

As for Mariana and Leonardos—
Leonardos used his speed to check everywhere at once, while Mariana deployed her robots and used her observation abilities.

Leonardos: No. It's like the stone has completely disappeared.
Mariana: It feels like this will be even harder than the Flame Stone. I wonder how the others are doing.

Meanwhile, Pugo and Stardust entered a dark, closed-off forest.
Stardust felt uneasy, while Pugo searched calmly.
Stardust: Pugo, this place makes me nervous. Shouldn't we turn back?
Pugo: No, we have to go on. We need to search for the stone. It's Master Joro's request.
They continued deeper into the forest. After a while, they saw a man sitting silently on a rock, his back turned to them.
Pugo and Stardust looked at the scene, feeling something was strange.
Stardust: Pugo… who is that?
Pugo: I don't know. Should we go talk to him?
Stardust: Don't be stupid. Maybe he wants to be alone. Don't just approach him.
Pugo: If he has a problem and gets uncomfortable, we'll leave right away.
Unable to resist, Pugo walked closer.
But the person he thought was a man was actually a Void Monster.
Pugo asked if he was okay. Suddenly, the figure turned his face around.
His face looked like a puppet, and Pugo froze in shock. He instantly realized the truth.
Stardust trembled from afar.
Pugo: Who are you?
The creature spoke with a disturbing, sing-song voice.
Puppet Monster (Rosso): My name is Rosso. I am the Puppet Monster—
and not just any monster. I'm a boss monster.
Pugo thought to himself:
Pugo (inner): A puppet monster… and a boss monster.
Ludos really believes we'll collect those stones.
That's why he's started sending boss monsters now.
Rosso: That yellow-haired kid looks really cool.
Stardust (nervously): N-no… I'm not cool or anything.
Rosso: You know… I kill the ones I envy.
Stardust: K-kill? What do you mean you kill them?
Rosso: My techniques are puppet techniques.
I can control any puppet I want.
Pugo: Maybe so, but that doesn't mean you're unbeatable.
Even if you're strong, we'll do everything we can to defeat you.
Rosso: Oh? So we're going to fight?
That sounds fun.
Suddenly, Rosso pulled out the Star Stone.
Pugo and Stardust were shocked.
Stardust: Pugo! The Star Stone!
Pugo: Why do you have that stone?
Rosso: It was shining, so I took it.
Is it something valuable?
Realizing that Rosso didn't know what the stone truly was, Pugo tried to make it seem worthless and signaled Stardust to do the same.
Pugo: No, it's a very useless stone. It won't help you at all.
Stardust: Yeah. I wouldn't even pick it up if I saw it in the trash.
Rosso: Really?
Well… it still shines. I like it.
Pugo's plan failed.
He quickly came up with a new one.
Pugo: Fine. Let's fight.
Whoever wins keeps the stone.
Rosso thought for a moment. The idea made sense to him.
Rosso: Okay. Are there any rules?
Pugo: No rules. Anything goes.
Rosso: Deal. Let's begin.
Rosso and Pugo faced each other.
Stardust was scared at first, but then decided to join the fight.
The battle began.
Rosso activated his powers and brought a massive axe-wielding puppet to life, controlling it directly.
A tremendous force burst from the puppet's axe. When it slammed into the ground, the shockwave violently threw Pugo and Stardust away.
They took heavy damage.
Blood ran from Pugo's eyebrow, and Stardust was injured as well.
Still, they stood up and counterattacked.
Stardust used a Star Technique, launching himself like a shooting star, spinning three times and striking.
The puppet's abdomen was torn open.
Then Pugo used his Time Technique, Magnificent Time, slicing the puppet into countless pieces.
They thought they had won.
But Rosso summoned another puppet—
an archer puppet.
The puppet fired countless sharp projectiles.
Pugo and Stardust dodged desperately, struggling to keep up.
Pugo activated Time Eye, causing the attacks to move exactly as he predicted.
He closed in on the puppet and swung his sword—
—but Rosso pulled the puppet back at the last second.
Pugo lost his balance and nearly fell.
Just as the puppet was about to fire an arrow point-blank—
Stardust unleashed a new technique.
Star Technique: Star Meteors.
Stars fell like meteors from the sky, crashing into the puppet.
It shattered into pieces and exploded.
At the very last moment, Stardust grabbed Pugo and pulled him to safety.
Both of them were exhausted.
Rosso then summoned yet another puppet—
a terrifying one equipped with miniguns and beam cannons.
Pugo thought to himself:
Pugo (inner): We can't defeat this without the full team.
If Luka or Solom were here, they could win… but we can't.
If Stardust hadn't used that new technique, I'd be dead.
We need to be more careful from now on.
Until we reach Ludos, none of his monsters can be allowed to kill us.
Stardust: Pugo, are you okay?
Pugo: Yeah, don't worry.
We'll defeat him and take the stone.
At the very least, let's stall him until the others arrive.
Stardust: But that puppet doesn't seem to have any weaknesses…
Pugo: Don't worry.
We'll find one.
Pugo and Stardust once again dodged the attacks, but the minigun-equipped monster was firing relentlessly and caused serious trouble.
Still, Pugo and Stardust managed to evade the barrage.
Stardust used Twin Star, and the beams released from it dealt slight damage to the puppet.
Both the puppet and Rosso grew visibly irritated.
Rosso: So… they're stronger than I thought.
But I'll erase them anyway.
Go, minigun puppet—destroy them!
The puppet unleashed massive attacks.
A beam-like bullet grazed Pugo, leaving a shallow cut.
Pugo collapsed to the ground.
Stardust grabbed Pugo and desperately dodged the incoming attacks.
At that moment, Pugo saw his grandfather.
His eyes snapped open.
In an instant, Pugo rushed toward the puppet and activated his Time Technique—
Time Freeze.
The puppet stopped completely.
Pugo raised his sword high and shattered the puppet into countless pieces.
Both Rosso, and even Stardust, were left in shock.
Pugo had grown much stronger.
Turning his face toward Rosso with a restrained, cold fury, he spoke:
Pugo: We will defeat you…
Puppet Master Rosso.
Rosso: We'll see about that.
Will Pugo and Stardust be able to defeat Rosso and his puppets?
And will the Warriors arrive in time?
