Chapter 116 - Chapter 116: Daddy, Y-You, Be Gentle!

Loki sat upright upon the Allfather's throne in Asgard, his gaze linked through mysterious magic, perfectly synchronized with the Destroyer Armor.

Everything happening inside the Mirror Dimension appeared before him with crystal clarity, as if he were there in person.

"Damn it!" Loki couldn't help but curse under his breath, fear written all over his face.

He would never forget that day—Harry Potter's sudden, warningless loss of control, the magic inside him bursting like a collapsed dam, roaring outward in a furious flood.

In the blink of an eye, that world-ending power had mercilessly erased nearly half of Asgard. Wherever it passed, everything was ground into dust, leaving only devastation—and terror without end.

If the Allfather Odin hadn't acted decisively, immediately donning the Destroyer Armor, and joining forces with the Sorcerer Supreme who rushed over at full speed to suppress it…

Then with the apocalyptic magic Harry unleashed when he lost control, all of Asgard would likely have been wiped out in an instant—completely erased from the map of the universe!

And if the Sorcerer Supreme hadn't possessed the Time Stone—relying on that divine artifact born after the Big Bang to rewind Asgard's time by a few minutes—

Then even if Odin and the Sorcerer Supreme had managed to subdue Harry, Asgard would still have suffered catastrophic damage. Countless buildings would have been reduced to ruins, and innumerable citizens would have lost their lives.

But now, watching Harry teeter on the edge of going berserk again, Loki could already picture it—the Destroyer Armor being pried apart piece by piece, components scattered all over the ground.

And he could also picture what would happen once Odin awakened from the Odinsleep and discovered that the beloved Destroyer Armor had been destroyed because of Loki's recklessness—just how furious he would be.

After all, the Allfather's fondness for the Destroyer Armor was no less than Thor's reverence for his hammer!

At this moment, Loki was filled with dread. The moment the Allfather woke up, he'd definitely be holding Gungnir and viciously jabbing Loki right in the ass.

And when that happened, the only thing Loki could do was drop to his knees and beg pitifully, whining:

"Dad, y-you… be gentle!"

The more he imagined that miserable future, the harder Loki clenched his jaw, a ruthless resolve rising in him.

"No. Absolutely not. Nothing can happen to the Destroyer Armor. I have to protect it!"

With Loki's command, the energy core inside the Destroyer Armor flared to life. From the seams between its plates, scorching beams of energy burst out once more.

In an instant, its temperature skyrocketed exponentially, warping the surrounding air into shimmering distortion.

At the same time, the Destroyer Armor's body began to expand without pause—its height climbing like a mountain thrusting up from the earth—until, at last, it became a giant nearly a hundred meters tall.

The Destroyer Armor had been designed from the very beginning to battle the Celestials.

Celestials were absurdly immense—walking, moving mountain ranges. The most powerful among them were so colossal that their bodies were even more awe-inspiring than a life-bearing planet.

And so, from the moment it was created, the Destroyer Armor possessed the miraculous ability to freely adjust its size.

Its range of forms was enormous: at its smallest, it could take on an ordinary human shape for stealth and flexible movement.

At its largest, it could swell to the scale of a mountain giant, wielding a force capable of shattering heaven and earth—and that was when the Destroyer Armor was at its strongest.

And now, after weighing his options, Loki decisively switched the Destroyer Armor to its hundred-meter form—the ideal configuration for fighting humanoid opponents.

In this form, the Destroyer Armor could unleash far more violent energy attacks thanks to its massive frame, while also avoiding the downside of becoming too huge and sluggish—preventing nimble enemies from dancing around it and wearing it down.

The next second, the Destroyer Armor's enormous head flared with light, like a star being ignited!

Its faceplates folded back like mechanical petals, rapidly retracting as the liquid-like energy churning within the armor was exposed in full!

Boom!

With a deafening explosion, the Destroyer Armor fired all the power it had stored, compressing it into an incomparably dazzling energy beam.

The beam shot forth like a blazing comet, carrying boundless destructive force as it tore toward Harry at unstoppable speed.

Under normal circumstances, faced with an attack this horrifying, Harry would have dodged without hesitation.

But now, he was in the midst of a magical rampage—power inside him surging like an inferno, boiling and overturning without restraint.

In this state, he could draw on far more magic than usual. Even more frighteningly, he could command that gray, forbidden force feared as a taboo in the wizarding world—

An Obscurus.

Of course, the Obscurus Harry wielded was nothing like an ordinary one.

The Obscurus in his hands had been stripped of all negative emotion, becoming purer—like the primordial chaos at the dawn of the multiverse—and it could be barely controlled by Harry.

Guided by his will, the gray chaos rapidly transformed, gathering and swirling behind him, condensing into twelve mysterious gray spheres.

Lightning crackled inside them as their color shifted—from deep gray to bright white—until they became twelve brilliant white orbs of thunder, each one radiating a chilling, overwhelming aura.

The entire process was unbelievably fast. In a blink, the twelve thunder spheres were drawn in and wrapped tightly around Harry's wand.

They intertwined and fused along the wand, and in the end, transformed into a sword of lightning wreathed in surging currents!

Harry gripped the lightning sword, tensed his arm, and swung with all his strength!

In an instant, the blade erupted with blinding radiance, extending infinitely at a speed the eye couldn't perceive.

Wherever it passed, all matter was ruthlessly cleaved apart—as if everything in the world were nothing more than fragile paper before it!

Boom!

The terrifying beam fired by the Destroyer Armor split the moment it touched Harry's lightning sword—like a thin veil sliced cleanly in two!

The severed energy lost control at once, rampaging wildly in every direction. Wherever it swept, everything was annihilated without mercy!

Just moments ago, the small town—already mostly reduced to ruins after being battered by the Destroyer Armor for over ten minutes—was struck by the beam's aftermath and instantly erased under the raging energy, vanishing without a trace. All that remained was a massive crater, shocking to behold.

Harry stood at the crater's edge where the desert town had been, peering through the drifting dust toward the Destroyer Armor, ready to settle things with Loki once and for all.

But when he saw what was in front of him, he froze.

Where was the Destroyer Armor?

Loki had already driven the Destroyer Armor to flee at full speed. It was now several kilometers away, weapons blazing, trying to tear open the Mirror Dimension—desperate to escape back to the real world!

Inside, Loki was frantic. Every second felt like torture.

Just a little more. Just a tiny bit more!

As long as he could return to reality, he could immediately use the Bifrost to teleport the Destroyer Armor back to Asgard!

At that point, surely Harry wouldn't chase him all the way to Asgard and openly vandalize this symbol of Asgard's glory and power, right?

Harry's vision darkened with irritation, and he instantly prepared to pursue.

The born-evil God of Mischief—so that attack earlier really was Loki's usual routine.

On the surface, he'd gone all-out, acting like he had to defeat Harry no matter what. But in reality, he was trying to run—to save the Destroyer Armor!

And how could Harry possibly let him have his way?

But just as Harry was about to Apparate to Loki's side, his brows suddenly lifted—he sensed something strange.

Without the slightest hesitation, he snapped his wrist, the lightning sword carving a dazzling arc through the air with murderous sharpness.

A slash even brighter than before—carrying an unstoppable, indestructible force—nearly cleaved the entire Mirror Dimension apart!

Under that brutal strike, the subtle yet powerful divine power that had quietly seeped in from outside was completely severed by Harry!

Just a moment ago, that old bastard Odin had actually tried to secretly relocate the Destroyer Armor—replacing it with a look-alike decoy that was flimsy and would collapse at a single touch.

Those born-evil Asgardian old geezers—fighting dirty, shameless and despicable—trying to sneak-attack a teenager like him from the shadows!

Today, that snow-white, long, slender, beautiful leg of the Destroyer Armor was his—Harry Potter was taking it!

After cutting off Odin's divine power, the surrounding space trembled slightly from the collision of that overwhelming force.

In that very instant, Harry flashed like a ghost, vanishing from where he stood—then in the next second, he was already firmly planted right in front of the Destroyer Armor.

He gripped the lightning sword with both hands and swung with all the strength in his body. A blinding streak of electricity carved across the air and slammed into the Destroyer Armor.

The impact was like a tidal wave, blasting the Destroyer Armor backward and leaving a gash several meters wide across its chest—horrific to behold!

Even Uru—tempered countless times and reinforced with innumerable ancient rune arrays—couldn't withstand Harry's attack in this state.

At the wound, the Uru alloy melted instantly like ice under a scorching sun, turning into searing molten metal that ran down the armor's surface.

However, the immense magic within the Destroyer Armor immediately activated its self-repair. Fresh Uru formed at high speed, knitting the terrifying cut back together.

Loki saw Harry catch up so quickly—and he still hadn't managed to open a gateway out of the Mirror Dimension. He panicked completely.

Even though he was terrified to the core, he forced himself to sound calm. His voice boomed out from within the Destroyer Armor, putting on a stern, lofty tone:

"Harry, my target today isn't you—it's Thor. If you step aside obediently and hand Thor over, then everything that happened before… I can let it go."

Harry's expression turned strange.

At a time like this, are you actually joking?
