Chapter Start
A cold wind moved through the destroyed battlefield.
Aviraj slowly walked toward Ansh while supporting Anvi beside him.
Ansh sat on the ground, heavily injured.
Aviraj stopped in front of him.
"Why were you doing all of this?"
Silence filled the area for a few seconds.
Then—
Ansh slowly began speaking.
"You're a good person, Aviraj…"
"…and honestly… I was once a normal human too."
His eyes slowly lowered.
"My family was killed right in front of me…"
"I was very young back then."
Silence.
"When I grew older… I went to take revenge…"
"…but I could only defeat two of them."
His fists tightened.
"I was badly injured."
"At that moment… I accepted my death."
Aviraj quietly listened.
"But then…"
"…my power suddenly started increasing."
"However, I was unconscious… I couldn't even control it."
Ansh's voice slowly became heavier.
"Then…"
"…inside the darkness of my subconscious mind…"
"…I heard a voice."
'Ansh… do you desire my power?'
Aviraj's eyes narrowed.
"I asked…"
'Who are you?'
"And then…"
"…someone stepped out of the darkness."
'My name is Xytherion.'
The atmosphere suddenly became heavier.
"He offered me his power…"
"…but in exchange, I had to give him my soul."
Ansh laughed bitterly.
"And I agreed."
Anvi looked at him with shock.
"That's why I came to kill you."
"He gave me only two choices…"
"Either work for him…"
"…or he would erase all my memories and turn me into someone else entirely."
Silence.
Aviraj slowly asked—
"So… are you on our side now?"
Ansh remained silent for a few moments.
Then—
He smiled.
"Yeah."
"Completely."
He slowly stood up.
Aviraj looked around.
"So how do we get out of here?"
Ansh casually raised his hand.
"Domain Demolish."
CRACK!
The entire dimension began shattering like glass.
And the next moment—
Everyone returned to the station.
Aditya and Vaibhav were already waiting there.
The moment Aditya saw Ansh—
He instantly jumped toward him to attack.
But—
Aviraj stopped him.
"Wait."
"He's on our side now."
Aditya looked confused…
But slowly stepped back.
At that moment—
Ansh suddenly froze.
His eyes locked directly onto Vaibhav.
Aviraj noticed immediately.
"Ansh… what happened?"
Ansh slowly spoke.
"Who… is that?"
Aviraj casually replied—
"That's Vaibhav. My friend."
Ansh narrowed his eyes.
"I can tell just by looking at his aura…"
"…he's not an ordinary human."
"…he feels like some kind of Inferno Legend."
Vaibhav remained silent.
Nobody said anything.
Eventually—
Everyone ignored the topic.
Aviraj spoke seriously.
"So if we defeat Xytherion together…"
"…this gate will disappear?"
"…and you won't have to do any of this anymore?"
Ansh instantly became serious.
"Yes…"
"…but trust me."
"Xytherion is unbelievably powerful."
"I've tried thousands of times to kill him…"
"…but I never won even once."
Aviraj calmly smiled.
"Then just take us to him."
"We'll handle the rest."
Ansh stared at him for a few seconds.
Then—
"Alright."
"Everyone grab my hand."
Everyone grabbed his hand.
Ansh quietly spoke—
"Teleport."
WHOOSH!
Dark energy surrounded them instantly.
And in the next moment—
They appeared in a completely different place.
Dark.
Cold.
Mysterious.
Ansh pointed forward.
"In that direction…"
"…lies Xytherion's castle."
Far away in the darkness—
A gigantic castle stood silently.
Everyone began walking toward it.
After some time—
The group started getting visibly tired.
Aviraj sighed.
"Let's rest for a while."
Vaibhav immediately refused.
"We shouldn't stop anywhere."
"The demons could attack us."
Ansh agreed.
"Vaibhav is right."
"It's dangerous to stay out in the open."
He looked around carefully.
Then he noticed an abandoned house nearby.
"We can rest there for a little while."
Everyone entered the old house.
A little later—
Ansh and Vaibhav stood separately, speaking quietly.
Ansh looked at him seriously.
"Vaibhav…"
"…why don't you tell everyone the truth?"
"How powerful you really are?"
Vaibhav's expression darkened.
"I can't control my power."
"Every time I used my full strength…"
"…someone innocent died."
Silence.
Then—
Aviraj called out to them.
"Come on."
"We need to move."
The group continued heading toward the castle.
Finally—
Xytherion's castle became clearly visible in the distance.
Ansh suddenly stopped.
"Everyone listen carefully."
"Before the castle, there's a lava lake."
"There's a bridge above it."
"At least ten demons are always guarding that bridge."
"We need to eliminate them quietly first."
"There's also a giant bell there."
"If that bell rings…"
"…every demon in the castle will learn about us."
"…and they'll all come here."
He took a deep breath.
"So my plan is—"
But—
Aviraj had already started walking away.
Ansh looked shocked.
"Hey! At least listen to the plan!"
Vaibhav laughed softly.
"That's Aviraj."
"He doesn't need plans."
Scene Shift.
The bridge.
Two demons stood guard there.
The next second—
SLASH!
Both demons instantly collapsed.
Dead.
The remaining demons rushed out in alarm.
They surrounded Aviraj from every direction.
A perfect circle.
Silence.
Then—
Aviraj jumped into the air.
"Summon."
Thousands of swords appeared across the sky.
And in the next second—
SHHHHHK!
Every sword shot toward the demons at once.
Blood.
Screams.
Destruction.
Within moments—
Every demon was dead.
Silence covered the battlefield once again.
A little later—
Ansh, Vaibhav, Aditya, and Anvi arrived there.
In front of them—
Only piles of demon corpses remained.
And in the center of all that destruction—
Aviraj sat calmly on a broken chair.
Completely relaxed.
Ansh slowly muttered—
"This isn't a human…"
"…he looks more like a demon himself."
Vaibhav smiled faintly.
"No…"
"You still haven't truly seen who Aviraj really is."
Aviraj slowly stood up.
His eyes darkened.
"Come on…"
"…let's finish Xytherion too."
