Chapter 26 - Spiritual Pressure! The Stone Mask! Explosive Talismans! A Parallel-World Rob Lucci?!

"A thousand reputation points… not bad at all."

Adrian muttered to himself, feeling rather satisfied.

"And I've still got four lottery tickets on hand.

One A-rank random weapon ticket, one B-rank weapon ticket, one B-rank ability ticket, and one B-rank subordinate ticket."

He exhaled lightly.

"Time to use them."

He currently had over eight thousand reputation points.

But leveling up any of his major attributes or abilities required at least ten thousand—so these lottery tickets were his only shortcut for now.

He reached into his system space and took out all four tickets.

"System, use the A-rank Random Weapon Ticket."

The moment he spoke, the shimmering ticket dissolved into motes of light.

A notification rang in his mind.

"Ding! A-rank Random Weapon Ticket successfully used."

"Ding! Congratulations, Host—obtained: Stone Mask ×1."

Adrian froze.

A mask had appeared in his hand.

One look—and the system's description surfaced before him.

[Stone Mask]

Crafted by Kars. When it comes into contact with blood, the mask fires several bone needles into the wearer's brain, forcibly awakening hidden potential and transforming them into a vampire—granting immense strength and regenerative power, but also a thirst for blood and weakness to sunlight.

If embedded with the Red Stone of Aja , it can evolve the user into an immortal Ultimate Life Form, unharmed by the sun.

Adrian fell silent for two seconds—

Then blurted out:

"…Good lord."

This thing was literally telling him:

'Do you want to stop being human?'

And judging by the description, this was indeed a fully functional mask crafted by Kars .

Only problem—

Without the perfect Red Stone of Aja , the transformation would leave him as a sunlight-fearing vampire.

Absolutely not.

"This thing is useless for now. I'll throw it back into the system space.

If I ever draw the Red Stone of Aja someday, then maybe it'll be worth considering."

Immortality was tempting.

But living like a cockroach afraid of sunlight? No thanks.

He tossed the mask into his system storage.

Next Draw

"System, use the B-rank Random Weapon Ticket."

"Ding! B-rank Random Weapon Ticket successfully used."

"Ding! Congratulations, Host—obtained: Explosive Talismans × 10,000."

Adrian stared at the stack of talismans.

[Explosive Talisman]

A ninja charm from the world of Naruto . After activation, it detonates after a delay. Tremendous destructive power.

He was inhaled… exhaled…

And was silent for a long moment.

"…You even put these in the pool? A whole ten thousand?"

This was truly outrageous.

He wasn't a ninja.

Couldn't even use chakra.

"These are useless to me… Zabuza, take them."

He handed the entire stack to Zabuza.

Zabuza accepted them with gratitude.

"Thank you for the reward, Boss."

Adrian waved him off.

He knew all too well—given Zabuza's ridiculous loyalty—one casual word of praise might send the guy into emotional enlightenment.

Ability Draw

"System, use the B-rank Random Ability Ticket."

The ticket disintegrated.

Another chime echoed.

"Ding! B-rank Random Ability Ticket successfully used."

"Ding! Congratulations, Host—obtained: Spiritual Pressure (Warlord Tier)."

Adrian's eyes brightened.

Now this —

This was good.

[Spiritual Pressure]

The spiritual energy wielded by Shinigami in the world of Bleach .

He could feel the unfamiliar yet potent energy flowing through him.

"With this… I could theoretically use Shinigami-type abilities.

If only I had an Asauchi—I might've awakened a Zanpakutō already."

He clicked his tongue, slightly disappointed.

Still—this was huge.

Without combat techniques like Kidō or flash-steps, he couldn't fully utilize it yet…

But he could fix that.

With enough future draws—

He could just draw more Bleach-type abilities.

Besides, even now there was one immediate benefit:

His Super Regeneration would now consume spiritual pressure instead of stamina.

A massive upgrade.

Final Ticket

"System, use the B-rank Random Subordinate Ticket."

The last ticket vanished.

Then—

"Ding! B-rank Random Subordinate Ticket successfully used."

"Ding! Congratulations, Host—obtained: Rob Lucci (Warlord Tier)."

Adrian froze.

"...No way."

A shadow formed before him.

A tall man in a black suit.

A high-crowned black hat.

A white pigeon perched on his shoulder—wearing a matching cape and a tiny necktie.

He looked exactly like—

"System… isn't this the actual Rob Lucci from this world?!"

"Ding! Correction—this Rob Lucci is not the Lucci native to this world, but a version from a parallel timeline . Upon being drawn, he becomes the Host's subordinate with 100% loyalty ."

Adrian's expression finally relaxed.

So that was the explanation.

Still… two Luccis existing in one world was unbelievably amusing.

"If the two ever meet...

That'll be something worth watching."

Adrian's eyes shone with pure mischief.

The newly summoned Lucci dropped to one knee.

"Master."

"Stand up. Call me Boss from now on."

"Yes, Boss."

Every subordinate drawn by the system possessed unwavering loyalty.

This one was no exception.
