On Monday morning during first prep, Sofy and Mandy were in the assembly hall discussing, they left class because everyone were at prep so they decided to spend their prep at the assembly hall
" so how was the sleep over" Mandy asked
" about that, why didn't you come, I even tried calling you but your line wasn't reachable" Sofy said
" we had to visit my grandma urgently, and the network there was really bad" Mandy replied
" well, so many people didn't come, it was just Me, Max, Melvin, and Reina. Capri isn't that bad though" Sofy said
" yeah, she's bad when she needs to, I guess Laura and Jenny leaving really affected her, they were like the three evil musketeers in the entire school, even seniors and teachers knew them" Mandy replied
" why did they leave" Sofy asked
" Jenny's parent relocated to another city, Jenny was a sweet soul but they were all rich spoilt brat while Laura was expelled last year, Jenny left when we were still in 10th grade" Mandy replied
" Jezzz, why was Laura expelled" Sofy asked
" She hacked the school system and she did malpractice with it" Mandy replied
" How did the school find out" Sofy asked
" CCTV footage" Mandy replied sharply
" oh, well Max and I....." Sofy was excitedly saying as shyness tone cut her mid sentence
" go on tell me" Mandy curiously asked with a glowing smile
" Apparently, Max loved me" Sofy giggled
" Old news….continue" Mandy said
" Wait how did you know" Sofy asked
" Remember that day Max asked you for a walk then you turned him down then went with Melvin instead" Mandy said
" Yes….and?!" Sofy replied
" After you left the class with Melvin, I noticed Maxine's mood darkened, soon after he left the class then went to the assembly hall, I followed behind him and asked him what was wrong, he wasn't going to tell me at first so I asked him if it was about you, then he started telling me everything" Mandy narrated calmly
" what did he tell you" Sofy asked curiously
" He was confused, he thought his best friend also liked you and he thought you didn't like him bcuz of how you give all the attention to Melvin" Mandy said before adding " so are you guys couples now"
" yeah we're couples" Sofy giggled
" oh wow, that's nice" Mandy said wiith her glowing smile as they concluded with their discussion
